Dr Lin is a great Dentist! I was going to the same Dentist for a very long time and had to change locations after getting a new job. Dr Lin has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed since the start. She eased my anxiety and was very thorough with her exam and cleaning. I highly recommend her!

I can't give any stars because my husband has an tooth implant with Dr. Lin. It took more than couple of years and costed him around $3000 plus she claimed from his insurance. The tooth only lasted for a few months. The implant failed. Original she agreed to reinstall for free, but several months later she said my husband bond was too thin and she would not do it again. There was not any compensation. It costed him more than $3000 and a lot more collected from his insurance. He has to gone through so much pain. Very bad experience for him. If his bone was too thin for implant, why you encourage him to do it at beginning? Why you said he should do the implant for his tooth?

Very bad experience! I called for appointment in March and scheduled for June. I waited three months and at last minute they said they forgot to call/text, saying they had wrong phone number in the list. Again, I scheduled for August 23rd and now they shifted to September 23rd, saying doctor will be on vacation and do not have any available dates for whole month.

Dr. Lin is amazing, she spends a lot of time explaining procedures and options. I feel 100% comfortable with her, she is very knowledgeable and kind. I have been a patient of UConn Dental for years and she is by far my favorite. Super friendly staff, I especially like Kristin at the front desk, she is very friendly and has helped me understand my insurance and I always feel welcomed and informed. Highly recommend!
