Dr. Steve Walton was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and played varsity tennis. In 2013 he was elected to the Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Hall of Fame. He attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and graduated in 1980. After graduating he started in private practice as well as being a part time clinical instructor at The Ohio State College of Dentistry. Dr. Steve also was a consultant for a local insurance company. He is a member of The Executive Committee of The Ohio Dental Testing Commission. He and his wife Nancy are members of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. They have raised three children Adam, Paige and Rachel.
In his free time, he is a devoted Buckeye fan and Columbus Blue Jackets season ticket holder. He coaches his sons in a variety of sports, and can be seen playing the drums in a variety of local Columbus bands.
Growing up Dr. Hamza always knew he wanted to be a Dentist! Originally from northern Ohio growing up in a family of 5, Hamza has one brother and one sister. He has been a part of the greater Columbus, Ohio area since 2009 when he moved here from northern Ohio to attend The Ohio State University for undergraduate studies. Upon completion of his BA in Chemistry, Dr. Hamza was accepted into The Ohio State College of Dentistry. He continued his dental education with a residency at the St Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Hamza returned to Columbus following his residency to serve the Columbus community that he has come to love over the past 12 years.
In his spare time, Hamza enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys long walks with his girlfriend and hiking trips to National Parks. When he is not out and about enjoying nature or playing sports, you may find him relaxing at home with his pets Elphie and Blue.

*Please read this review if you're like me and typically afraid of the dentist OR you're looking for a first time experience review* I had my first dentist appointment with this office today and honestly was terrified to go. I've been trying to bring myself to call a dentist for well over a year, but I've been procrastinating because of a very bad past experience at a different dental office. I haven't gone in an embarrassingly long amount of time, so I was worried for what they would find. The moment I walked into this office, I felt more than welcome. I felt like I was a part of the team because of how happy and laid back everyone seemed. Everyone was so polite and incredibly nice. I was introduced to everyone that came to visit me, and this was before I had even brought up my past horrible experiences. I was reassured that all was okay and they were very gentle with me when it came to telling me what to expect and what needs done throughout my appointment today. There is a lot to be fixed in future appointments but they really made sure I felt confident in the necessity behind the work that is due to be done in the coming weeks. Everything to do with the cost of the appointment was very upfront. They explained how my insurance worked and made sure I understood what I was being charged for and why. The pricing was extremely fair and clear. Getting an appointment was super easy and fast. New patient paperwork took about 5 minutes to fill out online. The office is very inviting and clean. It felt good to be in there and for the first time in my life, I'm not afraid to go to my dentist appointment next week. 10/10. If you're afraid of going to any dentist, then you should come here. They really made sure I felt welcome, was comfortable, and communicated every single step of the appointment. I always knew what was coming next or why a person was in there.

Been going to Tzagournis Dental Group for quite a few years now and can't say enough about the staff and service at both the Westerville and Upper Arlington locations. They're always so friendly, accommodating and make each visit so pleasant. Honestly could not recommend them enough to anyone considering them for their dental services. You won't be disappointed. The best!

Everyone is incredibly professional and nice from the front desk to the dental hygienist. I am fairly new to this practice, but have met just about all the dentists and they are all very knowledgeable! I have several dental issues I need to address and Dr. Bell gave me all the options, not just the most expensive - which I truly appreciate! I highly recommend this practice!

I employed George Tzagournis for a couple of years and enjoyed average dental service. We made an appointment with their Westerville office and clearly cancelled the appointment. They have been trying to collect $100 for cancelling the appointment ever since even after we've called and reminded them at least five times that we properly canceled the appointment. We do still have copies of the texts and email. The question is why harass your customers for over two years and ignore requests to stop badgering? We may have to see them in court.

Great experience- they got me right in and Allie did a thorough cleaning and was very personable. Dr Richards gave a quick examination and pointed out some issues but I didn't feel any pressure and agreed completely with her suggestion. I felt like I was in good hands and could trust them unlike the previous dentist I went to! They also lay out all the costs - no hidden costs and very reasonable. Highly recommend this practice.
