Dr. Steve Walton was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and played varsity tennis. In 2013 he was elected to the Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Hall of Fame. He attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and graduated in 1980. After graduating he started in private practice as well as being a part time clinical instructor at The Ohio State College of Dentistry. Dr. Steve also was a consultant for a local insurance company. He is a member of The Executive Committee of The Ohio Dental Testing Commission. He and his wife Nancy are members of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. They have raised three children Adam, Paige and Rachel.
In his free time, he is a devoted Buckeye fan and Columbus Blue Jackets season ticket holder. He coaches his sons in a variety of sports, and can be seen playing the drums in a variety of local Columbus bands.
Growing up Dr. Hamza always knew he wanted to be a Dentist! Originally from northern Ohio growing up in a family of 5, Hamza has one brother and one sister. He has been a part of the greater Columbus, Ohio area since 2009 when he moved here from northern Ohio to attend The Ohio State University for undergraduate studies. Upon completion of his BA in Chemistry, Dr. Hamza was accepted into The Ohio State College of Dentistry. He continued his dental education with a residency at the St Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Hamza returned to Columbus following his residency to serve the Columbus community that he has come to love over the past 12 years.
In his spare time, Hamza enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys long walks with his girlfriend and hiking trips to National Parks. When he is not out and about enjoying nature or playing sports, you may find him relaxing at home with his pets Elphie and Blue.

Loved this practice up until my last two experiences. Last one I went in and either the x-ray machine was not working or not operated properly and after the first one failed they tried again two more times. Not super thrilled about being x-rayed 3 times in a visit, especially since I was newly pregnant. Most recently I just returned from being out of town to find I had an appointment scheduled the next day. Received a call minutes (less than 5) after my 24-hour cancellation window expired and was told I'd be charged a $50 cancellation fee - no exceptions. Understand if there is a policy in place, however this was my first encounter with the policy and I'm incredibly disappointed by the way it was handled by the receptionist. My guess is that she is new-ish as she is not the incredibly pleasant person I have spoken to for all my appointments in the past. I think it's time I'll be moving to a new practice.

Came in for a checkup and cleaning. Receptionist was courteous and was immediately seen by the hygienist. Great trip!

Dr. Tzagournis has been & continues to be by far, my favorite Doctor! Amazing personality with a staff that is clearly team oriented with the patient in mind. There is a level of comfort & ease that I have every time I'm there! I would recommend Dr. Tzagournis to anyone & everyone!
