Handling kids' needs is a tricky business in general; but when it comes to visit Dr. Kakar, my kids love him and his staff immensely! We've been visiting their two locations, Manassas and the Tysons corner offices, for the past few years; the least that I could say about them is they make you feel like family. Dr. Kakar and staff's fun personalities, with the whole family, is great as they create a relaxing atmosphere. Their attention to details and support during and after visits are greatly appreciated. Kudos to Dr. Kakar and all his wonderful staff. Wishing everybody a happy and safe holidays Marwan Awad and family

This is the worst place, I never saw in my life, the dr is so rude, unprofessional, unhealthy place, He do not allow parents can stay with our kids, because He doesn't want to see how unprofessional, unhealthy whit the tools, and so rude treat our children , I don't think, He is a real dental dr,

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr Kakar and his team for my daughter's first dentist appointment. They made her so comfortable with the whole process and she hasn't stopped taking about it since :)

Edited(9/29/2021) - First of all, I am not confused or mixed up with other dental office and your office. I visited your office with my wife and son. You would not find me your info at your database because my info was never been collected but my wife and lastly, we visited here pre-pandemic so you would not recall my face and comparing my google pic is not relevant. Yeah, I am feeling sorry too that I got bitter experience at your office. Your office policy was one parent will be with the child during cleaning and Your policy doesn't allow both parents in the room. I mentioned that my child wants both parents and my wife has language barrier but still you guys didn't allow both of us. I remember Doctor Kakar, he is like 5 feet 10 inch and has beard on his face. I know your place because he been there. We had medicaid and your office tried to charge something that was never done then I said that I will report to Virginia Health Department then you guys reversed it. I wish I could give some negative stars. This guy is very unprofessional and unfriendly to kids and doesn't spend much time with patients. My son visit lasted only for 10-15 minutes when other place it take 45-60 minutes. This place is GARBAGE

Today I took my daughter to this dentist. They were so professional and gentle. They explained everything that they were going to do. I have never experienced so much professionalism and care. I will be referring this office to all of my family and friends.

one of my worst experiences with doctors. We arrived at the hospital for my seven year old son's procedure only to discover that another patient has been "squeezed in between" my sons procedure and the one before his! Note that this seven year old had been fasting for twelve hours, and is now asked to fast for at least three more hours. Doctor Kakar had no explanation whatsoever. Instead he snarled with the worst attitude imaginable,"We can not reschedule your sons procedure, and if you cancel I will not be able to treat him in this hospital again."

Me and my kids have been coming here for years. I love the fact they have Saturday times because I always have a busy schedule with work. Staff has always been very friendly and pleasant.

Head of this clinic implement his decision really unprofessional cuz when u set an appointment and it I'll be canceled by clinic u shall accept but when u face emergency this clinic never accept and respect your excuse and charge u for cancellations fee even they stop service for you. This clinic restrict its time and giving u no option to choose u need to accept what they says I was looking for a big zero but couldn't find to give them

My Toddler was scare for a previous experience with another doctor, dr kakar and staff were very sweet and kind with my son very professional and explained every detail of the producedure
