To do that, our practice spends significantly more than the average practice on continuing education. We share knowledge with other dentists through numerous organizations, teach at a world-famous dental teaching center, and volunteer our time at a local free clinic.

Dr. Tyma graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry, where he received the distinguished Arthur W. Gage Award for the best senior student. He has also been recognized several times by the Intelligencers Best of Bucks-Montgomery Award for best dentist and practice.
A founding member of the Doylestown interdisciplinary treatment team, Dr. Tyma has been published in the Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry. He has completed numerous continuing education courses at Spear Education and has been invited to be a visiting faculty member for Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Tyma enjoys practicing dentistry at the highest standard of care for his patients in the Central Bucks community. His main focus is providing restorative and cosmetic solutions for patients with significant dental problems.
Dr. Trachtenberg graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple Universitys School of Dentistry where he was awarded numerous honors in academics, clinical performance, and ethics. He was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the National Honor Dental Society. Dr. Trachtenberg also completed training as a general practice resident at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where he received the Benjamin Lebby Memorial Award for outstanding dental resident.
Dr. Trachtenberg continues his education through the Quakertown chapter of the Seattle Study Club, the Eckert Dental Study Club, and Spear Education. In addition, he is a visiting faculty member for Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Peter J. Bullock joined our practice in January 2019 and is no stranger to the area. Dr. Bullock was inspired by his late father, an accomplished Doylestown orthodontist, to pursue a career in dentistry.
Dr. Bullock graduated from Juniata College in 2008, completing his Masters in Biomedical Sciences at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He received his dental degree from Temple Universitys School of Dentistry in 2014 where he was a member of the Stomatognathic Honor Society and won the 2014 community service award.
Honing his skills and knowledge during a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley, he has enjoyed being in private practice since 2015. Dr. Bullock loves getting to know patients on a long-term basis and being a patient advocate. He regularly attends continuing education seminars, and is a member of numerous dental organizations:

My whole life, I never had a good experience with dentists which alway led me to stay away until I actually needed to. I have seem multiple Dentists at this location and every single person who works there is a true professional and extremely nice person. They are the definition of how a business should practice their craft. They go above and beyond, best in the industry!

09/16/22 my recent adventure in the most professional and happy dental office in all of the land of bucks was again amazing!! with a very over active gag reflex this group does the job without me hardly knowing i was there. the new dr blessing is a real find and i know dr.(s) tyma / Trachtenberg would only seek out the best to compliment their still growing but established practice. 60 years ago the dentist office was a scary unpleasant place to think about. for you old timers like me that ends at the front door of this practice. it almost seems like everybody gets their work done in between the laughter and upbeat conversations at the desk. between doc blessings and wendy being so confident in her work filling the tooth, i wanted to hang out have coffee and shoot the breeze when they were done. hey seniors, if you not totally happy where you are, poke your head in the door over at TTD and open wide and get the same comfortable and relaxed treatment that i enjoy. _______________________________________________________________ old post tyma Trachtenberg dental is an awesome find for me. I would highly highly highly recommend this practice anyone at any age. I personally have some perio issues and they have been very conservative with my treatment and helping me keep my teeth. I never feel pressured to buy anything extra or buy into any kind of treatments, dr. Trachtenberg is always conservatively offering Solutions but never ground pounds a patient to spend more than they need to for treatment. especially someone like myself but no dental insurance. I go every three months to get my teeth cleaned. Melissa has been performing that service for me for a couple of years now and she is off the charts good at it as I'm sure that level of excellence is required by all their staff. dr. Trachtenberg and Annie forgive me if I got the name wrong it was a while ago practically rebuilt the molar for me rather than take it out. they put a lot of effort and time in on that project and it was well worth it. I'm 69 years old and all but four molars and 4 wisdom teeth which I lost over the years are all mine.

Dr Tyma is the most caring, efficient, and gentle dentist out there!! I am praying he never retires!!! Honestly, I had a very bad experience as a child. I have always been afraid of dentists since. BUT, i am always ok when Dr. Tyma is taking care of my issues!!! He is in the top 1% when it comes to dental work! I am a creature of habit so I also use the same hygienist who is also outstanding. I highly advice for people to use this practice!!!!

I've been going to Dr. Tyma for well over 20 years. Would not even consider going anywhere else!!! From the staff at the front desk, to Ann, my favorite hygienist, to Dr. Bullock who had to fill in for Dr tyma as he was sick, they are the best through and through!!!

Coming to Dr. Trachtenberg's Dental office is always such a pleasant experience starting as you walk in the door. The women behind the desk are eager to make one feel comfortable and are eager to help in any way necessary. The entire staff is like that. Dr. Trachtenberg, himself, is an excellent dentist,explaining things in great detail, in a very quiet manner. Most important of all, besides the expert dental care, the office and examining rooms are immaculate, something that is extremely important to me. I wrote the above 5 months ago. I went again today, July 10th.2019. I am continually amazed how pleasant and efficient. the employees are. it's like the patients are family members. I have been using this Dental group for 8 years and nothing has changed. They just keep getting more pleasant . Between the Hygienist and Dr. Tyma my teeth will live outlive me....for which I am very grateful. DJR

I came here yesterday for a new patient evaluation with Dr. Peter Bullock. The amount of care and attention I received was amazing. The staff and doctor were so attentive and patiently answered all my questions. They gave me a full dental review and treatment plan and I'm so excited to work with them! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Trachtengerg has been my wonderful dentist for over 20 years. I feel truly blessed to have found him. I feel he saved my life when I moved back to Pa.after a botched dental implant in Florida. The office personnel is so kind and friendly. You cannot go wrong putting your oral care in this wonderful group.

Modern dentistry with an old school approach. I have been going to these folks for years. Recently I moved to CA and I still arrange my visits back to the area to include a visit to Dr. Trachtenberg when necessary. They are that good. Wonderful staff. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.
