Dr. Mistr is a graduate of VCU Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (formally known as MCV) and earned his bachelors degree from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association.
Dr. Mistr is committed to practicing at the highest level. To that end, he seeks continuing education opportunities with some of the best clinicians in the country and is continuously consulting and collaborating with experts in his field to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients. Tyler is exceedingly honored to serve as a local dentist for a number of retired dentists in the area, whose clinical expertise he values as well.
Dr. Nancy Bollinger has been in practice since 1996. She was born in Newport News, VA. After attending Virginia Tech for her undergraduate degree, she continued on to the VCU Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (formally known as MCV). She then completed a one year post graduate training in Advanced General Dentistry and then another year of graduate training in General Practice Residency. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Shenandoah Valley Dental Association. Dr. Bollinger regularly volunteers at the Dental Clinic of the Northern Shenandoah Valley for the underserved of Winchester. She is married to Damon DeArment, who is a partner at Shenandoah Valley Orthodontic Associates. They have four daughters, Olivia, Natalie, AnneElyse and Audrey. In Dr. Bollingers free time, she enjoys tennis, skiing, working out and spending time with her family.
Nancireceived her Dental Assistant Certificate from DATS in 2005, joined Winchester Dentistry in 2012 and uses her hard work and versatility to help the practice run smoothly. She loves being part of such a caring and compassionate team that keeps a professional and a just like family feel. Making sure each patient has a good, positive experience at the dentist is how she knows she has done her job. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking and spending time with her family. She has two daughters, Jilian and Brianna and a son, Brandon.
LouAnnwas born and raised in Chambersburg and Northumberland, Pennsylvania prior to moving to Virginia and graduating from Warren County High School. She received an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree from Northern Virginia College. She joined our practice in 2004 and enjoys getting to know her patients and watching their families grow throughout the years. Lou Ann and her husband, Charles are blessed with two children, Lauryn and Caleb.
Joannewas born and raised in a small town in Upstate New York. In 1978 she graduated from Erie Community College with an AAS in Dental Hygiene and in 1979 from Old Dominion University with a BS in Dental Hygiene. She has been in private practice ever since that time and truly loves her profession. She and her husband, Bruce, moved to Winchester in 1981 and have two daughters and one son all married and living locally. They also have five grandchildren. Joannes hobbies include sports, gardening, reading and baking. She feels blessed to be working for Dr. Mistr and Dr. Bollinger and all the wonderful staff at Winchester Dentistry.
Keciabrings over 25 years of dental experience and has been with our office since 2013. She is married to her wonderful husband, Wesley and has two grown children, two rescue dogs and a parrot. Kecia loves being part of an amazing team that feels like family. She enjoys her job every day and provides a friendly, comfortable and relaxing experience during the patients procedures. Kecia enjoys visiting with her patients and looks forward to their future visits to catch up. In her time off she likes cooking, reading, speed walking and many crafts and is currently making a custom dollhouse.

Went to the dentist checked in with no mask everything was fine room was empty, then we needed a temp check still fine, then we had to try to force the mask.... Needless to say I'm rescheduled and ready for another one star review soon as they try to make a choice for me again

For my daughter's first dentist appointment I could not have asked for a better experience. She is almost 3 and was a little hesitant at first but Dr. Bollinger and Joanne were patient and made it a fun experience. We will definitely be going back!

Dr. Mistr and his staff are the absolute best! My wife and I previously had some poor dental experiences in the Winchester area, but were so happy to find such an honest and highly competent Dentist in Dr. Mistr. Lisa is a wonderful hygienist as well. Always very friendly, and did a fantastic job with my 4 year old daughter for her first cleaning! My entire family will be patients here for life!

Dr Nancy is the sweetest dentist ever!!!! I was scared to death when I learned my 7 year old had a few cavities:( I knew they didn't use gas and everyone was telling me it's a must with children. Dr Nancy and Kim were so kind and patient. There was absolutely no need for anything but the numbing gel. By the last app Dr Nancy was showing my daughter what all the teeth were on the computer and taking silly pictures! Its official they are bffs It's amazing what keeping calm and having patience will do. I cannot thank them enough !

I drive from Washington, DC to Winchester so that I can keep going to Dr. Mistr. He is the best dentist I have ever had (by a significant margin) and his staff is great, too. Exceptionally talented, professional, and nice.

2nd visit, exceeded all expectations both for hygiene and major dental work. Totally professional and trustworthy and friendly also. With a scheduled cleaning only, my teeth/smile are whiter than they have been in 35 years!

A very professional atmosphere. All my questions were answered. It's nice to have a television to listen to, especially during a long procedure. Hygiene is clearly observed. I watched Mr. Mistr change his gloves at least six times why attending to my needs
