In 2014 and even before, we realized the growing need for our services in the Longview and the surrounding area. We responded to that need by opening our newest office in Longview in September 2015. Dr. Saigusa joined our practice of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery founded by Dr. James B. Holton over 20 years ago. Through the thriving medical community of East Texas and the vision of our founder, Dr. Saigusa has been actively practicing a broad spectrum of oral and facial surgery, including dental implants and facial trauma.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Dr. Saigusa came to the United States while still a teenager, finishing his senior year of high school as an exchange student in the small farming community of Markesan, Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University in Birmingham , Alabama, and earned a D.M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. In 1991, he moved to Texas to attend medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
After receiving his M.D. and completing his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he moved to Tyler in 1997 to join the practice of Dr. James Holton.Dr.Saigusa resides in Tyler with his wife, Jill, and two sons.

Top notch from start to finish! The reception desk was friendly and efficient making check-in and out easy and quick! The nursing staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Terres was so kind and took the time to actually talk to my son, not just to me as the parent and decision maker. He made him feel comfortable and at ease. Our appt was quick and met all our needs. Surgery is scheduled and I am confident that we are in the best hands!

My son had surgery today and Dr Kourt and I do believe the other Dr said his name was Dr Ryan something but I could be wrong. Anyway they were awesome with my 7 yr old. He was scared and they kept their patience with him and allowed me to come back because he was so scared. They talk to you not at you. Thank you so much for taking care of my babys medical needs. Y'all are awesome.

If I could give this office a negative 100 I would. Dr.Chaetilin I hope and pray he never operates on another person. This man has a lack of respect for families and tells you how cool things are in his office when there is a problem. My bonus daughter had to go to er by ambulance from this horrible office and was told by said physician, she's there problem now. I can't post alot on here but I pray he never touches another person's mouth or body again.
