Love this dentist office! Dr. Link was so kind with my little guy! We were greeted nicely. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

Dr. Tyler is AMAZING! I use to remember how painful getting needles stuck into my gums, to numb for the work... not with this Doc! You don't even feel the needle! Gotta love a group of doctors that NEVER want to cause pain to their patients! They care and take it slow and gentle... anyone nervous about visiting the dentist... should come here... your fear will end forever with this office! And amazing work! My teeth look and feel amazing!! Thank you Dr. Tyler!!!

Dr Tyler and the whole practice is excellent. They're great with kids, and make both kids and parents feel very comfortable while in the seat. When you need to get work done, they're gentle and very efficient. The whole family will be going here as long as we live in eastern Iowa

I've been seeing Dr Tyler for at least 20 years. He's gentle, honest and comfortable to be with. Cheryl, one of the the hygienist, is my favorite though I've seen others who were nice. I used to dread dental visits but for the past 20 years have been very comfortable. I thank them very much.

I started seeing Dr. Barnes in 2017 when I worked near his office in Hiawatha and was new to the area. I could not be happier with him as my dentist! I've since moved to Iowa City but, though inconvenient, I still make the trip to Hiawatha for his services!! I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a dentist!

You will not find a better dental office! I had the WORST dentist thru my youth; resulting in absolute fear and refusal to see a dentist. When it became necessary for a dentist I was referred to this office. From my first visit, I knew I was safe and my anxiety fully addressed. At 74 I have spent many years having the best care of my teeth due to an office where no matter who you talk to or have serve you; you are respected, informed, able to verbalize your concerns and have them addressed before going forward. They work with you on every level of service. You'll never be sorry for seeing anyone of these dentists.

Will never be back. My daughter had dental work done with a prior authorization from our insurance. We paid upfront what they said was our portion and then received a bill on top of that for over $500. We are on a fixed income and was very clear about that at the time of service. How can they bill us for services that were preauthorized. They were inconsiderate when I called about the bill and admitted their fault, but are doing nothing to reconcile.

Dr. Tyler is a great dentist. But, He apparently has not much say over who gets to visit him. The office manager runs the practice it seems here. Just hope that you don't lose your job, and go through a rough patch. Also that you don't have your Mother, and Grandmother pass away in the same year. If you need to miss an appointment because you're grieving. Even though you give notice, its not enough. This all happened to someone I love dearly. This office manager is cold hearted, and all she cares about is money. Not worth it.

Dr. Tyler is by far the greatest dentist I've ever been to. Great guy!! I normally am terrified of going to a dentist but that is no longer the case.
