Doctor gave us a full explanation along with options and his opinion. The staff was also very helpful in assisting with the timing of our decision. We will go back there.

First time visiting Dr. Kim's office. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Was able to solve dental problem I have had for over a year. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Kim for about 2 yrs now. Dr. Kim is very professional and very knowledgeable on what he does. The implant Dr. Kim did for me last year has been successful. Recently Dr. Kim did laser deep surgery on my troubled two teeth for free because my insurance cover amount already at maximum this year and the surgery could not wait. Where can you final another doctor like him who really put the patients first?! He always explains everything to me before, during and after the surgery. Oh btw Dr. Kim's staff are very friendly! I will recommend Dr. Kim to everyone. Thank you Dr. Kim.

I had a gum graft in October of 2021..the graft didn't take. I still have sensitivity to hot and cold and additional discomfort. My insurance paid a small portion of the treatment I also paid a larger portion out of pocket. I'm still receiving bills for an additional balnace. I paid enough for a procedure that was not effective.

Dr Kim is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The front desk staff is very helpful. I needed an emergency appointment over the Christmas holidays and they fitted me in. I highly recommend this office.

Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Kim and all of his staff provide a warm atmosphere that completely puts his patients at ease. Kerri is an excellent hygienist and Diane at the front desk is lovely. I feel completely comfortable and confident with Dr. Kim as my periodontist.

This is not a review on Dr. Kim, however, on his administrative staff. This is the 2nd time they told me they left a message on my phone and I never received either a missed call or a message. I had an appt this week, and when I arrived at the office, they told me that the Hygienist called in sick. I was told they left 2 messages and I received none. When I got home, I check my phone(s) again. There was 1 missed call on my home # (I told them not to use this one, but only my cell) - there was no message on the home #. When I checked my cell, there was NO missed calls nor any messages. I am not sure what the issue is, but have a suggestion that a text message be sent (just like they send to confirm my appt), and requesting an Confirmation that the text was received. I did not reschedule my appt because I am seriously considering looking for another periodontist.

Great periodontal services and quite a friendly staff. I've been seeing Dr. Chiang for about 20 years and he's one of the best medical professionals I have ever experienced. Dr. Kim has a very nice manner, but I haven't had any treatments from him so I don't have any experiences to comment on. The technician is very skilled and nice as well. I give the medical staff 5 stars. Unfortunately clerical staff messed up and billed the wrong insurance policy even though I gave a copy of my new policy card.

I took my 10 year old daughter to see Dr. Kim today by recommendation of her pediatric dentist. The office staff was very personable and attentive, we did not have a long wait at all. Dr. Kim was great extremely thorough and explained everything that was going on and what he found in a manner my daughter and I could understand. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a periodontist.

Friends recommended both my parents to see Dr. Chiang, and we are so glad that they did, we've been with him for almost 17 years now! He's the best! My father has had 5 dental implants placed over the years (some complicated! sinus lift, bone graft - Dr. Chiang is a specialist in the truest sense), and every experience with Dr. Chiang's office has been a great one. Dr. Chiang is super experienced. You are in the best hands with him. I have to give a shoutout to the hygienists here. They take their time, detail oriented, and are the simply best! My parents are in great hands with the hygienists. If you're nervous, Dr. Chiang will put you at ease. He's super friendly, talkative, and has really good energy. He uses only the best quality materials for implants. This is for real, top quality periodontics. My parents get scaling and deep cleanings a few times a year at this office, and have had implants and bone grafts done as well.

Dr. Kim performed an in-depth evaluation of my teeth and discussed in detail the various alternatives including the pros and cons of each. His approach and feedback enabled me to easily understand the various treatment options that enabled me to decide the best option and next action steps I should pursue. Thank you Dr. Kim.
