I tried this practice because I have new insurance at my job and it is "in network", so I thought I would be able to save some money. Especially in this recession. But, you get what you pay for. I broke a tooth and I was in horrible pain. I was told it was impacted and I needed antibiotics. They had me fill out a million forms, including medications I take and allergies to medications, which is usual practice. My pharmacist called me to tell me the dentist prescribed penicillin, which, as it said on my paperwork, I am allergic to. My pharmacist called the dentist to get a new prescription for me that did not contain penicillin. That should have been the deal breaker to stay with this practice. After a few days on the antibiotics, I went in to have the tooth pulled. Again, I was in horrible pain and let them know that. I mistakenly left my debit card at home and let them know that before they worked on me and they informed me that without my co pay of $150, NOT $1500, but $150, lol, they cannot treat me. I went to my regular dentist, who is not in my insurance "network", and they got me in a few days later and my co pay was $20 LESS than Tyler Family Dental. Sheesh. Stay in excruciating pain for a lousy $150. Needless to say, there are so many great dentists out there so that you do not have to settle for this uncaring place. My regular dentist got me in after a few days, even though there is a 2-3 month wait for an appointment. Tyler Family Dental can get you in tomorrow if you call today. I suggest you do not, but what does that tell you?

I had not been to a dentist for a very long time. Dr. Jennings and staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process of having a lot of dental work done. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I moved here from the Austin area, and was looking for a dentist. After having the same dentist for 19 years, it was difficult to try and find a new provider. After searching and talking with other neighbors and friends, we chose Tyler Family Dental. Dr. Jennings and the entire staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming! I didn't have dental insurance and was pleased that I was able to enroll in their in-house dental membership plan to cover my dental needs.

Doc Jennings & his staff provide excellent dental care. The newly-remodeled facility is as if a brand new one was built from scratch. The practice is well located just a block from Bergfied Shopping Center. It's easy to make an appointment, which is al At's a plus.

This is the best dental office ever. Dr. Jennings and the entire staff are caring, prompt, professional, and patient. They explain your treatment plan and share all options available to you. There is never a wait even with a full house. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Tyler Family Dental. Not only is Dr. Jennings very caring and professional, his staff is A++ too! I had an issue with a crown and they saw me early the next morning and had me fixed in no time! Thank you Tyler Family Dental.
