After graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, he joined his father Dr. Joey de Graffenried in their thriving practice in Kilgore, TX and has enjoying spending eight years there learning and leading with a remarkable team.
Dr. Josh completed the 10-month Maxi-Course in Implant Dentistry at the Atlanta Center for Restorative Dentistry in 2013. He has been a member of Advanced Dental Implant Studies in Atlanta, Georgia, since 2014, and he attends meetings there four times a year learning from some of the most renown dentists in the country. He is also an associate fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, having completed 300 hours of implant training as well as passing an in depth written and oral examination

I was a new patient here today 10/18/22. And I had one of the best experiences here! I waited a few years to return to the dentist, in fear of judgment but the staff here greeted and welcomed me with open arms and made me feel valid and heard. I definitely recommend them if you ever have had a bad experience in the past at other locations.

We recently switch to Tyler Center for Dental Health from my long time dentist for convenience to home. Dr. Josh & staff are quite accommodating of my & my children's school schedule. They have early morning appointments and availability on Friday, which makes a difference in being seen sooner rather than later. My children feel at home and known by Dr Josh and the hygienists who are so friendly while maintaining a proper sense of professionalism. Also, have I mentioned the beautiful scenery from each exam room bay window? The birds and squirrels are quite entertaining!

I LOVE going to the dentist now that I've found Tyler Center for Dental Health! It feels like a nice visit with friends when I walk through the doors. They are good at being quick and providing a pain free visit every time.

Impromptu call, got me in immediately. Fast, friendly staff with an amazing doctor! Dr. Josh was awesome! He was genuinely interested in my family and I. They took great care of me and my problem! Great group of people! Definitely recommend 10/10!!

I am so impressed with the dental experience at this center. The personnel are so accommodating, personable, and professional! Dr. G provides the utmost in care with all the latest techniques and equipment. I was able to escape the endodontist as he was able to.perform the root canal I needed. The updated decor provides a sophisticated vibe , in addition. It is highly recommended for any dental need!

Always enjoy my visits to the Tyler Center for Dental Health. Each time my hygienist, Ashley, does a very thorough examination of my teeth & gums while cleaning and I receive the utmost respect & care by all staff & the dentist. I highly recommend them for any dental care!

My experience was awesome. The staff was very friendly and professional. Ashley was very helpful in making me feel so welcome and she calmed my nerves because I was very nervous. Everyone just seemed to be very courteous from the moment I got there until I left. The doctor and staff are very very professional. I truly enjoyed my visit. It was a very Christian environment.
