Here at Two Rivers Pediatric Dental, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
Dr. Brian Richards grew up in Moline, Illinois, graduating from Moline High School in 1988. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Biology and Psychology from the University of Iowa in 1994. Upon completion of his undergraduate courses he entered the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, graduating in 1998. In July of 2000, he completed a two year specialty program in pediatric dentistry from the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
While in dental school at the University of Iowa, Dr. Brian met his wife Dr. Anne Bronwen Richards. She is an orthodontist in Rock Island, Illinois. Her practice is Quad Cities Orthodontics. They have two children, Brandon and Makena.
When not at the office, Dr. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves many outdoor activities including golf, skiing, and scuba diving. Dr. Brian is also licensed pilot and enjoys spending time soaring above the clouds.

This is an amazing place to take your kiddos! I have a child with special needs, and getting into his mouth isn't easy, but they are extremely patient and so very kind! Highly recommend!

I love that my kids are neither afraid of the dentist nor do they hate going in for regular dental maintenance. My kiddos like the staff and are usually in and out quickly, which I like since time is so valuable.

My son had a cavity found by the ortho he had his 6 month Appt coming up and Dr Brian did his check up and filled his cavity so that we didn't have to make another trip. Great and friendly and will make things easier for you if they can.

Won't let parents accompany their children during the exam. While this may help with some kids/parents, it definitely scares off a lot of possible good customers. :(
