I have been a patient at Two Rivers Family Dentistry for years, along with my husband, and we love it there! The staff is so friendly, caring and compassionate. They always let you know that if you have any concerns to give them a call, and you always can be assured that a real person is answering the phone, not an automated system! They are the best!

I have been going to Two Rivers Family Dentistry since the beginning. I would say almost 50 years. New staff has come and gone, each one with compassion wisdom and excellent performance. I think returning each year for 50 years, shows my tribute to this dentistry. I just want to add that at age 85, I am still happy with the treatment I still get from this Dentistry.

Highly do not recommend! I knew I would not like this the second I walked in and was not greeted and watched as the front desk laughed and conversed with themselves for about 5 minutes until one of them and turned and looked over at me and ask what I needed. They charged me about 500 for x rays. I had to call them and discuss it who ever answered the phone was very Pleasant but I could tell they were new but again in the back ground I could here the front desk staff conversing and laughing. Before I knew it the new young lady had a question for one of the disrespectfuls and she all about ripped the phone out of her hand and yelled strongly that I need to pay the 500 and gave it straight back to the young lady quick because she knew I would have fired back at her. They were NOT at all that friendly to begin and I should have stuck with my gut. The dentist there was so nice though so if your willing to put a side the disrespectfuls then it would be for the dentist.

The staff at Two Rivers Family Dentistry were so kind and informative for my cleaning appointment. Amanda, the hygienist, took the time to explain the procedures before starting and was personable throughout my appointment. Once reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Shim noticed a crack on one of my back molars and was willing to place a filling there right on the spot without making me wait. Marissa, his assistant was quick to set up the room, making my visit short and sweet. So happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

First time coming to Two Rivers, they were very nice and very thorough with their cleanings. I was concerned about a filling I had done from a different dentist office and they went out of their way to check it for me. Very happy with this office!

I have been going to this practice for many years and am always treated in a kind and professional manner. I appreciate all the hard work that this practice does to make sure their patients are comfortable (coming from someone with dental anxiety). I have been retired from the CG for a little bit, and was able to get a cleaning, and new patient exam. My hygienist was Amanda, and I know I have neglected my cleanings (dentist offices are not my favorite places) and was fortunate enough to get a new patient exam and cleaning. The hygienist was amazing! She was able to get all the "crud" off my teeth, and kept asking if I was doing ok because I told her NOT A BIG FAN OF DENTIST OFFICES at the get go. She was very thorough, and almost a perfectionist. That really made me feel very easy about my exam. I highly recommend that office for all your dental needs! Thank you Amanda and staff!!!

I have given five stars in the past because of how well you're treated while you are in their office. I really like my dental hygienist and also Dr Jeffries who have been seeing most recently. The emergency number isn't effective. No one returned my call and I could not find another dentist to respond over the holiday weekend as well. Update: new staff again - very sad to see many leave, but the new dentist is very nice and knowledgeable. He is an active listener.
