Dr. Twiss was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After attending Brigham Young University, he completed his training at Temple Universitys School of Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Twiss has always had a love of continuing his education and learning the latest advancements that dentistry has to offer. He is also passionate about helping others. Since 2005, Dr. Twiss has spent a week every year providing dental care to underserved populations in Jrmie, Haiti.
Dr. Twiss has spent extensive time in advancing his dental education. He received his Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, spending over 150 hours in training with world-renowned implant pioneer Dr. Carl Misch. In addition to dental implants, Dr. Twiss has extensive training in orthodontics, Invisalign, laser gum surgery, and CERECone-visit porcelain crown technology.
A current resident of Highlands Ranch, Dr. Twiss is married with five children and loves being involved with them as they grow up. In his spare time, he is active in his church, coaches competitive soccer for 9 and 10-year-old boys, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
The Highlands Ranch Twiss Dental team provide quality dental care focused on you, the patient. We believe in the power of education and prevention in keeping you and your family healthy for life. However, education is more than dictating rules to you. Your oral health journey will be a collaboration between you and your dental team together we will learn from and teach each other. Our job is to make sure you are comfortable telling us what you need, and we can do our part to get you there. We also promise to continue our education so we can provide the best and most informed suggestions to you.
At Twiss Dental, we pride ourselves on being an affordable family dentist that accepts a variety of insurance plans and payment options. We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit and Compassionate Finance as well as our own in-house membership plan. If you have any concerns about paying for your treatment, we are happy to help you find a payment option that works for you.

Dr. Tyler Twiss does quality dental work. Our whole family has been seeing him for eleven years we are very happy with our care...& our 4 kids need a lot of care He's also done orthodontist work for my husband and children. He is proficiently skilled.

Twiss Dental is by far the best dental office I have visited. The front office staff and manager have all been kind and professional. The office is clean and well managed, and excellent in office technology. My hygienist Cali was highly knowledgeable and explained my procedure thoroughly and future treatment plans. She went above and beyond in explaining the impact of diet and gut health and the impact it makes on your mouth health. Dr. Twiss was fantastic and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. He also thoroughly explained the corrections he had to make from my prior dental office and clearly outlined my treatment. My overall visit was great!

I can't say enough about Twiss Dental! It took over a year and 3 dental offices to find a good one in CO. Dr. Twiss is an exceptional dentist and his Staff compliments his excellency from Sarah, the Office Mgr. to Katheryn, a fantastic Hygienist. Dr. Twiss is gentle, caring and professional. His Lanap procedure saved my teeth... other dentists wanted to remove teeth and/or, do expensive and painful bone graphs! Thank you Dr. Twiss for ALL that you have done for me. YOU, are the BEST! The entire staff, beginning with the receptionist, where all very professional and friendly. The dentist and his assistant answered all my questions and concerns. The concern for my after dental work was comforting and welcomed. Will return for part two of my procedure later this week.

The Dr Twiss and the dental assistant were great providers. They took care of my dental needs professionally and effectively- I won't need to make multiple visits as the new crown fits well day 1! Advanced technology is great and saves time and hassle. It's too bad the anesthetic is wearing off.
