Both doctors were/are professional and importantly have a great "bedside" manner. Their staff is great.

When I showed up they were just a little bit behind, about 30 min, which is expected and I didn't mind. It was the fact that during my cleaning I felt that she was rushing through and I hadn't had a cleaning in two years so I knew I needed a thorough job done. I just feel like you can not do that in ten minutes. I was also swallowing so much fluid and everything else as she used nearly no suction. I legit had to ask for it as I was gargling water trying not to swallow everything she just scraped off my teeth. After she was finished she never asked if I had any questions, and of course I did, so as she was trying to rush me out of the room I kindly asked her the questions I needed to you to kind of slow her down and get the full story on my teeth . She was knowledgeable about the questions I asked which I appreciated. But I also shouldn't feel like my questions are a burden . I just felt rushed the entire time I was there. It was my first time there and needless to say I will not be making another appointment.

While I did have to wait over a month for the surgeon to have an availability, it was definitely worth the wait. The surgeon explained everything clearly and took great care to make sure I was comfortable (which was very welcome since I have extreme anxiety over the dentist). The removal (lower wisdom tooth) was comfortable and relatively fast. I hated going to the dentist but can honestly say that I nearly enjoyed my visit (and absolutely enjoyed the surgeon's bedside manner). While I don't want to have a need to return, this is where I will go.

I had a appointment @ 9am to get my Tooth pulled I didn't feel a thing , they got me in super early which is good , the staff their are really professional and nice. Long story short I had no worries they explains everything to me. I will be back soon. This is a Good place to go to.

Nicest, newest, cleanest Dental office I've ever been in. Dr. Okezie was so thorough and gentle! By taking her time she found things that I'm 100% positive my last Dentist missed! She's been practicing for over 20 years, so you know She's seen everything and can handle anything. She's my new Dentist for life! I have some inside information for you: Twinsburg Smiles is brand new, so not a lot of people know about it yet. You will love the personal attention and time that Dr. Okezie spends with you! Soon this office will be packed with clients as word spreads, so I recommend going now and getting in on the ground floor with a Dentist who is very clearly many steps above other Dentists. Once you meet Dr. Okezie, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Everybody who uses her gives her 5 star ratings for one simple reason; She's the most impressive Dentist you'll ever meet! I highly recommend calling Twinsburg Smiles!
