The way they treat people for a $25 late fee is ridiculous. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen within 24 hrs, but they could care less. Changing $25 regardless of the situation is inconsiderate. I was a patient for almost 6 yrs. Never rescheduled or canceled outside of 24 hrs, and the one time there's an emergency that required me to reschedule after 24 hrs, they refused to understand and charged $25 to a loyal patient. I DO NOT recommend this business because you're just another name on paper to them, not a true human with individual needs.

I love going to Twins Family Dentistry! Everyone there is so nice, sweet, & they know what they are doing. Being a dental assistant in the past gives me the knowledge in what to expect & they are great!

As a dentist's office it's been fine. No issues. As an appointment center missed the mark. Over years, I have never missed an appointment, I have never missed a payment. I got 3 text messages and a phone call to confirm. I called back 2 days before the appointment and got voicemail. I left a voicemail confirming the appointment. Showed up for the appointment and it had not only been cancelled but the front desk acted like it had never existed. No attempt to reschedule me, no attempt to work me in. And apparently it had been cancelled less than an hour before I showed up on time. I will be finding a new dentist.

NOT quality work... PERMANENT front crown fell off after just 3 weeks. UPDATE: Fell off AGAIN! Now a front tooth veneer broke! AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE! TERRIBLE QUALITY WORK!

This Office cancelled my daughter's appointment by claiming emergency situation after visiting office on time. They didn't adjust the cancelled appointment for the next available appointment. They cancelled my son's appointment after visiting the office because he was 5 mins late even called informed about 5 minutes late. Unfair treatment and watch out!!

I just came to help for a day and I found the office to be very well organized and clean. The staff worked together as a team and each patient was given one on one attention. Kay was the hygienist in the next room and she was so helpful and kind. This is a hidden gem of an office in Frisco that is providing quality care and I would help them anytime.

I have had nothing but a great experience with both Twins locations. @Stonebrook location: I'd like to personally thank Kindra (@ the front desk), Savanna (who was with me, for most of my appointments) & Dr. Nooraee. Dr. N has a great personality, is very patient & explains everything to you before doing it! Honestly you all make going to the dentist a better experience. I have recently taken my boys there, for their 1st "adult" dentist appointment & they had a great experience too! The hygienists were excellent with both of them. Thank you for that!

Amazing, caring and very professional staff. They came recommended by our pediatric dentist for my daughter who hasn't smiled for a picture in years because of dental issues. Today she walked up to me smiling without putting her hand in front of her mouth and it brought me to tears. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Twins Family Dentistry. I needed an appointment right away and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The staff was super friendly and very professional! I give this place 5 stars all the way!

Would highly recommend TFD! The staff is always so patient and understanding. Wendy goes above and beyond At the front and every hygienist is very skilled and happy to be at work. They are always trying to accommodate our busy schedules and make the dentist enjoyable to go to. The office is always extremely clean and professional. Services are done right the first time and they are never pushy (that's a big thing for me).

Twins Family Dentistry is the only dentist office I will go to! The entire dental experience, from checkin to checkout, is always smooth and enjoyable. The office is beautiful! The front desk staff is always great and the hygienists and assistants are wonderful as well. Dr. Nooraee and Dr. Gandy are amazing dentists! Not only are they fantastic dentists but very sweet as well. I have been a patient for a long time and will continue to visit Twins Family Dentistry for all my dental concerns. I can not recommend them enough!
