Zarmina Hussain, DDS, completed her dental training at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. One of her core goals in life is to alleviate pain and be a nurturing, calming presence. She brings that to dentistry, where she truly listens to her patients, does thorough exams, and alleviates any dental anxiety by earning the patients trust through her skill and sincerity.
Dr. Hussain has been practicing dentistry for more than eight years and believes this is her calling. Her favorite part of being a dentist is forming a lasting bond of mutual respect and trust with her patients. She believes in anxiety-free medicine. A member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association, Dr. Hussain pursues continuing education to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry to provide the best care for her patients.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Dr. Hussain is the oldest of three siblings. She moved to Greenville when she married her soulmate, who is an upstate native, and she is thrilled to be able to live close to family. They are blessed with three wonderful girls who are 5, 2, and almost 1 year old. Dr. Hussain leads a busy life as a full-time dentist and mom and could not be happier. She loves picking strawberries and taking trips to the library with the kids, baking and decorating cupcakes at home, doing art projects or reading with the girls, and pretty much anything that is a lot of fun (and mess). Dr. Hussain and her husband love traveling and the great outdoors and hope to be able to do more scuba diving together someday.
