Dr. David Holland is passionate about helping people. He values his patients as part of his extended family and truly takes the time to listen, understand and work toward achieving YOUR goals for your dental health. His gentle, compassionate approach to dentistry takes the fear out of going to the dentist. Dr. Holland is committed to providing the people of Winston Salem and the surrounding areas with the finest dental care in a comfortable, convenient atmosphere. Postgraduate education is of vital importance to Dr. Holland, which is why he spends countless hours each year attending classes and seminars in order to provide his patients with the most up to date techniques and procedures. Dr. Holland is a member of both the North Carolina Dental Society and the American Dental Association.
A native North Carolinian, Dr. Holland has lived all of his life in our great state. He earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University, where he was a member of the Men's Soccer Team, receiving numerous awards and recognitions. Dr. Holland truly believes that our health is one of the most important aspects of our life, which led him to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Hollandearned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has volunteered with Missions of Mercy clinics across the state, as well as traveled internationally to provide free dental care to underserved areas. Dr. Holland and his wife are theproud parentsof four beautiful young children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and volunteering in our community. Dr. Holland truly cares about and respects his patients and he looks forward to meeting and getting to know you!

Been going here since I was a kid! Always a great experience. I tried a new dentist when I moved away and was told I had a cavity (would be my first ever) came back to Twin city for a second opinion and was told it is just a weak spot that prescription toothpaste can help with. Now I drive 2 hours every 6 months for top notch cleaning and exams. LeeAnn and Broke have been my hygienists and love the entire experience.

My hygienist is amazing and all the staff are warm and friendly. My teeth look amazing when I leave as well. Would recommend to anyone!

You will be much better served at another practice. The dentist is mediocre at best and his management staff is incompetent. I went there for years and they lost me over a 15 dollar outstanding bill that they told me I could pay when I came back for my next appointment like I did for years. When Dr. Felts was there he ran the practice the way it should be run. They ahve destroyed relationships with their insurance networks as well due to their mismanagement and poor attitudes. The location is a challenge if you have any mobility issues and they use space heaters in their old outdated facility. Do yourself a huge favor and find someone who is better. Dr. Holland....do better.

I had a cleaning and exam there recently. The office was very careful in following all current CDC guidelines against covid. The front desk explained all the details with insurance clearly and my hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. The dentist also did a great exam and made sure to address all my concerns and questions. I had a great experience.

I had an overall great experience with Twin City Dentistry. First off, the receptionists were very welcoming. Then Angel, my dental hygienist, did a great job with cleaning my teeth. She also gave me helpful advice and provided rationale for brushing my teeth in a particular way. Finally, Dr. Holland had great bedside manner and calmed me of any fears I had about my teeth. He literally showed me each tooth on my x-ray and explained the findings to me. You can also tell that Dr. Holland is up to date on his practices, and he seems to be very evidence-based. After the visit, the receptionists provided me with a warm cookie and bottled water. Highly recommend!

For some, visiting the dentist can be a highly anxiety inducing experience. I've been going to Twin City for almost ten years now and have enjoyed some of the most caring, compassionate staff that have helped nurse my teeth and gums to better health. Thank you!

Professional. Good cleanings. Dr Holland is great. Been going here for decades. Make sure they check your insurance before you agree to a service. Staff is generally friendly, but they can get a bit snippy when it comes to money on occasion.
