Dr. Jenny, DDS, Was very professional. He and his nurses were all very pleasant. They made you feel comfortable. They explained everything we wanted to know regarding the tooth extraction and for the up-coming implant. I was put to sleep and felt absolutely nothing. The surgery only took about ten minutes. I am writing this the following day. As of now everything is going well. No swelling and the pain level is very low. Thank you for the great service.

Dr. Downie and staff were wonderful given the circumstances of having a tooth extracted and the pain I was in. They took the time to explain the whole process to me and what to expect after the extraction.

Fantastic team who are experts at their business. They take time to explain process and recovery to you clearly and thoroughly. Post-op documentation is excellent. Also, they are quick without seeming rushed. While I hope to never have another tooth extracted, if I do, I will go to this group again.

Everything about my experience was great! Very efficient office staff. My appointment started on time and was very quick and easy. The dentist and staff explained everything very well and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure.

Great place to trust your little ones with! Dr Downie and the staff were so professional and caring with my 10-year old's oral surgery. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone! Thank you for putting me and my daughter at ease during the whole procedure. They went out of their way to make it a positive experience for my daughter.

Dr Downie and his staff are first class! I was really nervous going in. The support staff and Dr Downie made the process easier than a regular cleaning at the dentist office.

I've had two experiences with TCOMS: 1) and extraction that went extremely well; and 2) a discussion about a possible procedure, which was extremely informative, as all my questions were answered. I am completely comfortable recommending TCOMS, with a extra shout out to Dr. Koehn, who I found to be extremely easy to talk to and ever so helpful during my decision-making process.
