The easiest time I have ever had at the dentist. Every other time I had been in pain at the dentist but they made sure I knew what was going on, what to expect & made sure I was very comfortable.

Overall a good experience considering I hade to get my wisdom teeth out. One thing I thought of was that it would be cool to see offices such as this one allow you to fill out paperwork ij advance and or digitally. This would reduce paper consumption. Reduce wait time. And it would also allow you to use auto fill for all of the repetitive information on the forms.

At 50 yrs old you would think I would be a big girl about having teeth pulled. Not the case. The team was beyond caring and able to accommodate my anxiety needs on the spot. Thanks to all.

It was an efficient, comfortable and well organized event. Dr Jenny and staff were the best! Assuming most people having tooth extractions may have a bit of anxiety, the staff was so very kind which extends to patients providing a relaxed atmosphere. I will be talking to people about my experience from Amber, my first call to the Roseville office who was very kind and over the top helpful. My faith in customer service was restored. I felt very cared about.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted on 4/14/2022, which was only yesterday! My mouth feels great! Dr. Jenny and his team made me very comfortable before the procedure. They explained step by step of the process ensuring I was comfortable the whole way. I really felt cared for! I would definitely recommend this place to others!!

I came in quite agitated and Dr. Jenny relaxed me and alleviated my fears instantly. I had a misdiagnosed situation and he thoroughly went over my xrays and symptoms, and figured everything out, to my relief. He is a brilliant oral surgeon. I highly recommend Twin Cities Oral Surgery. The staff are all very caring too.

I got my Implant for Christmas! I had my tooth pulled and bone graft 3months ago! My Bone graft healed well enough to have my implant Dec 21st just in time for Christmas! Its now been a week and everything is feeling good! I want to thank Jolene and Dr.Downie for making both experiences so pleasant and pain Free! Jolene for answering all my questions and giving me the information I need to care for my implant! You were very nice! Dr.Downie was also very nice and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable! Very Skilled at what he does! Happy New Year to Both of You!
