All the staff at Twin Cities Oral in Apple Valley were extremely friendly. They explained everything about my daughter's procedure and answered all our questions. The procedure was done quickly and the effects from the anesthesia were minimal. I brought my daughter here because a friend recommended them. I had taken my older daughter to a different oral surgeon a few years ago, one recommended by our dentist, and they were not as friendly, the place wasn't as modern or clean and she had horrible side effects from the anesthesia. So I was very happy to try Twin Cities Oral and I'm very glad I did. I would highly recommend them.

I had three wisdom teeth extracted on 6/10/22 and I can not express enough how grateful I am for the Apple Valley team and how they treated me. I was a nervous wreck to begin with, I even started to cry on the operating chair from previous surgery induced ptsd. The team at Apple Valley restored my faith in dental surgery with my only regret is that I didnt have it done sooner. Starting with Sue at the front desk who was always incredibly polite and easy to work with. The Nurses, Emily, Heather and Hannah listened to all my concerns, they helped calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable. Then Dr. Jenny came in and took the time to listen to me. He responded to all my concerns in a caring and patient appropriate manner. Even though I was still incredibly nervous Dr. Jenny and the team made me feel like I was in control. The work that Dr. Jenny did on my teeth was incredible. If I didnt have proof of my teeth in hand, I could believe that I didnt have surgery at all. The minimal amount of discomfort I have felt these past 3 days has made me need to remember I'm still recovering. The overall procedure was painless and the recovery has been relatively painless. With now being on day 3 of recovery I'm back to work and once again, my only regret is that I didnt have it done sooner. Thank you for the wonderful experiance.

Dr. Jenny and his assistants were wonderful during my wisdom teeth removal. I was extremely anxious with never having an IV, numbing injection or oxygen given, yet everyone walked me through the process by being patient and kind.

I normally HATE the dentist, but Dr. Jenny and team for the WIN! They explained everything thoroughly up front, talked to me through the whole procedure, and laid out next steps clearly! The procedure went quickly and was an overall pleasant experience!! Thank you!!

I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction done at Twin Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and I am one of those people that hates going to the dentist...but I have to say I was very pleased with my experience. From the kindness expressed at the front desk, the pre-op care, the extraction with Dr. Jenny, to the post op care/instructions, the organization and staff were absolutely wonderful. If I ever have to force my self back into an oral surgery situation again, I will definitely be coming back here. And I would recommend Dr. Jenny and his staff to anyone. I went in for a simple tooth extraction of 2 wisdom teeth. I had been referred to this office by my actual dentist. I got there and the woman working at the front desk was very nice but not very knowledgeable. She didn't give me a cost estimate of the treatment when I asked her for one. Once I met the surgeon, he seemed distracted. He applied numbing cream and didn't wait long enough for the cream to work before he administered local anesthetic with a needle. Because he didn't wait long enough, it was extremely uncomfortable. And when I was obviously in discomfort, he didn't stop or ask if I wanted to wait for the numbing cream to work. He also tried to give me an x ray when my dentist office already sent x rays. Once he got the teeth out, I was told I would receive a prescription for the pain, but the office forgot. I paid my bill (which was overly expensive) and left. I would not go here again.

Sue is amazing up front. Very helpful and answered any questions I had in regards to insurance, finance, and scheduling. The dental assistants here were sweet, comforting and knowledgeable. Dr. Jenny was extremely professional and gentle. Very clean office and good location. Highly recommend this office if your looking for an oral surgeon!

I went in for wisdom teeth extraction and suffered from major nerve damage. The right side of my bottom lip and chin are still numb 3 months after surgery. The other side of my mouth also suffers from nerve damage and there is a rotating burning, pulling, and achey pain in my back gums and teeth.
