Zoom whitening is a dental procedure that is performed to remove the stains and discoloration of the teeth. It is a quick and effective procedure that provides immediate results to the patients. At Twin Cities Dental, the dentists perform Zoom Whitening for patients who prefer a bright and radiant smile.
The dentist begins the Zoom Whitening procedure by evaluating the patients' dental conditions. Patients who have a buildup of plaque and tartar in the mouth are suggested to undergo dental cleaning. It helps to attain better results from the whitening procedure.
A protected guard is placed on the gums to avoid contact with the whitening agent. The whitening gel is evenly applied to the teeth and left for 15 minutes. As the gel takes the effect on the teeth, the dentist uses a special lamp to speed the effect of the process. The dentist repeats the application of the whitening gel to remove the stains from the teeth completely. Once the results have been attained, the dentist provides a fluoride gel to reduce teeth sensitivity. The entire procedure can be completed in one hour at the dentist.
The dentist suggests the patient follow good dental care at home to maintain pearly white teeth. They should practice regular brushing to clean the stains of food that are being consumed. The patients are advised to stop tobacco consumption as it can reverse the effect of the treatment immediately.
Some dentists also prescribe toothpaste to the patient, which helps maintain whiter teeth. They also provide a touch-up kit to the patient, which includes custom-fitted trays for the patient. A regular visit to the dentist is essential to maintain good dental hygiene.

Dental Hygenist Jessica is great! She explains everything in detail and is upfront about exact procedures/steps/cost/etc. I just change dental clinic cause my prior awesome hygenist decided to change career. I'm sad to hear that Jessica is leaving. She did great!

Best dental clinic I v been too! Got my braces there, service was amazing, they would replace if something broke 2 times. They have great option where you can split your payments, to pay the service off. Easy to schedule. Tried teeth cleaning at other dental clinics, so far they do the best job. If you are their patient, you get discounts on your services. Which is great when you are paying out of your pocket. Was there yesterday, for the cleaning, very satisfied with the service, will definitely come back again. Hard to find a good doctor now days that does the job just like he/she would do it for themselves. Thank you for the great service and the care that you provide!

Our whole family goes here. They are always on time or very little waiting with no more than a few minutes. Have good availability for all our different schedules. The work I've done has held up which I switched from my last place cause his filling were constantly failing at my expen$e. Daughter had a frenectomy which was painless and now has Invisalign with TCD. Highly recommend.

This dentist office is the worst. Their answer for any problem is pull teeth not fix or repair. Then you have the actual dentist talk bad about you. Very unprofessional. Stay away from here.

Someone had just called and said because I didn't confirm my appointment they were cancelling me. I told her I had got an email and hit C to confirm and it wasn't my problem if they didn't get it. She found that saying ok thank you and hanging up on me was the solution. I called back and noone seemed to care about keeping our business. I wouldn't bother working with people that just don't care

I'm furious with the scheduling of my appointment. I cracked my tooth 2 weeks ago and when I called to get it repaired I was given the option of soonest available appt which wouldn't be long enough to repair my tooth or a later date when the exam and repair could both be done. I chose the later date to be efficient with my time. I rearranged what I already had scheduled that day to accommodate the appointment only to arrive and be told in 10 minutes that they didn't have time to repair my tooth and I'd have to schedule another appointment a week later. Apologies were made with an explanation of how busy it is with everyone trying to get in before the end of the year before their insurance runs out. This means nothing to me....I'm not one of those people. I pay cash...in fact, I pay in full every time (exams, fillings and crowns)!!!! It is an understatement to say; 1)How disappoint I am with the customer service 2)How undervalued I feel as a reoccurring cash paying customer and 3)How dismissive MY time was in relation to yours. I've recommended multiple family and friends to you, all of which continue to use you for their dental needs....I hope this doesn't happen to them!

They were super great! I have dental anxiety and was nervous switching dentists after moving to Minneapolis from Fargo (I just kept driving back to Fargo every 6 months) but I figured it was time. I told them about the anxiety a month before when I made the appointment and when I sat down they asked me how i was and noted I have the anxiety and asked what parts and if I needed anything to relax me or make me more comfortable. It was a great experience from a dentist and I no longer have to drive 4 hours to Fargo.

Went here today for the first time after being at a different office down the road. This place is awesome, staff is super nice and helpful and walk through in detail everything happening for those who aren't dentist experts like me. I came here because i had a negative experience at my other dentist and i will definitely make this my new dental "home"!
