Dr. Zach Green has been practicing dentistry since 2005. He was born and raised in Nebraska, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and continued his education at Creightons Dental School, earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graduation, the mountains of Colorado called him west. He spent 13 years in private practice in the Fort Collins/Cheyenne, WY area. Dr. Green then took a year off from practice to travel the country with his family and eventually relocate to Durango. Dr. Green, his wife and four children, are excited to explore this beautiful corner of the state and make it their forever home.
Dr. Zach Green is a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He actively pursues advanced dental education each year in numerous areas of dentistry. He has earned recognition from the American Dental Association for his volunteer work through the Institute of Latin American Concern in the Dominican Republic.
Trish is a registered dental hygienist. She is originally from southern Florida but has lived in Colorado since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2000 and her degree in dental hygiene at the Community College of Denver in 2004. She is passionate about helping people improve and maintain good oral health.
Deanne Peterson was born and raised in Durango, Colorado. She attended the National Education Center in Phoenix, Arizona receiving her degree in Dental Assisting. Deanne has a daughter, two dogs and a cat. They enjoy hiking, biking, Nordic skiing, running, snow shoeing, camping and living in Durango. Deanne joined the practice in 1994.
Debbe Speck was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She fell in love with Colorado during a vacation trip and moved here shortly thereafter. She has called Durangohome since 1981 and has worked in the dental/ medical community since that time. She joined Dr. Jeff Nelsons staff in 1994 and had worked with him for 21 years, before his retirement. She is now on board and happily working with Dr. Zachery Green.Her hobbies include camping, hiking, boating as well ascross country skiing with her husband and black lab Colton. She feels fortunate to be a part ofTwin Buttes Dentalsdedicated and professional team. She truly enjoys and appreciates her fine family of patients.
Jennifer was born and raised in Fort Wayne Indiana.She has an undergraduate degree in both Public Relations and Speech Communication as well as a Masters Degree in Merchandise Marketing. Jennifer briefly lived in Durango from 1996-1998 but decided to moved to Florida to be closer to family. During her time in Florida she spent 10 years as a manager at Mark Loren Designs. In 2016 she decided to make the move back to Durango. Jennifer joined the Twin Buttes Dental Family in June 2018 and is thoroughly enjoying the career change. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Jesse and their 4 dogs. When she isnt working you can find her hiking, gardening, reading, traveling or spending time with her family on Flathead Lake in Montana during the summer.
