I came in for a new crown replacement, and the new tooth was not made properly. Dr. Rista decided to send it back to have it remade. I appreciate that.

My first post left unexpectedly, so I would like to finish off by saying my hygienist was a very nice person, made me feel at ease and did an excellent job. And of course the dentist finished off with a very thorough examination. Thank you all

Apologies that I was late for my appointment, won't happen again, Dr. Brian and the Tech who did my temp crown were wonderful (especially when I twitched when feeling pain and Doc gave me more Novacaine!

Nice experience. 2 assistants, 1st one told me her name before working in my mouth. The 2nd one came in started to work in my mouth, never saying who she was. I later asked and she did say her name. The assistants were nice but I like when they tell me their name before they begin the work. I would feel less tense and a little more at ease. A little courtesy go a long way. Al

All of my experiences with 21st Century Dental have been exceptional; from the time I arrive until I check out. I never have a prolonged wait prior to being seen. The staff is prompt, courteous, and well trained. I have had a wide variety of procedures performed there, and the process has always gone smoothly with great results. Whenever an administrative issue comes up, like an emergency appointment, the staff and Doctors are all go the extra yard to remedy the problem as efficiently as possible. While no one enjoys a dental procedure, the people at 21st Century Dental take all of the stress and difficulty out of the people side process. They also do their best to turn any physical pain into mild discomfort. I searched for a Dentist office that I can trust, and I am very thankful that I found 21st Century Dental.

They were able to fit me in as an emergency visit, on a holiday weekend. The staff is very friendly, professional, and easy going. The tooth was fixed and had a great holiday thanks to them.
