Dr Joseph Tutor is a native of Liverpool, NY his family having deep roots in the community. He is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Syracuse University (B.Sc.), University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (1991) and SUNY Upstate General Dental Surgery residency. He is a member of the New York State Dental Society, Onondaga County Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Dr. Tutor has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics and has pursued excellence in these fields. He lives in Baldwinsville with his wife Lisa and extraordinary children Brooke and Connor. They enjoy rural living with horses, tennis and fitness.
In March 2010 Micheline joined Dr Tutor and his team. She joined the team with a strong background in dentistry, a career she started 27 years ago. Michelines experience includes in 1994 becoming a National Certified Dental Assistant and in 1998 becoming a New York State Licenced Dental Assistant. Micheline resides in Fulton, NY with her husband Art. She enjoys her pets and spending time with her husband and family. In her spare time she enjoys flower gardening and going on day trips. Micheline believes in the importance of her career and truly enjoys her profession. She has fun everyday and finds her profession very rewarding.

Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Dr. Tutor does great work and keeps you in the know all through any procedure. I love the dental hygienist and they go above and beyond to get to know you - and they do remember you! I highly recommend Dr. Tutor and his people.

When I go in for my visit, always very professional, they take the time to explain the the procedure, and what they are doing during the procedure I am having done. The office is inviting and the office staff is friendly ( love it that they know my name upon entering the office). They are very good about giving me a copy to f my schedule and I don't have any surprises when it comes time to paying the bill. I would recommend Dr. Tutor to any family or friend.

Even before I walked through the office door I was treated very positively. As a new patient I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone operated at the highest possible level of professionalism and positivity. Stacey was my hygienist She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and charting my previous dental work. I mean how often do you laugh when getting your teeth cleaned? I can actually say it was fun. My consult with Dr. Tudor couldn't have been better. He took a lot of time explaining everything to me. I'm looking forward to having him work with me to improve my smile and correct a couple of things that need fixing. 11/24/21 Great visit! Everything positive, friendly and professional. Always enjoy my appointments. 08/10/2022 Had a visit today with Dr Tudor and his trusty assistant Michelene to have a very old filling replaced that had a very dark appearance. As usual, it was a very pleasant visit. Dr Tudor is a master with the needle. I felt absolutely nothing with both injections. What I really appreciate, is how they work together and how Dr Tudor calmly talks about each step along the way so I know what's going on. The entire office is a five star out of five stars. I love it there.
