An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I've been in the market for a new dentist for awhile now and I found this place through my insurance and I couldn't be more happy. This dental office is so clean, spacious and very obviously on the newer side. Walking in you get greeted by the sweet young man in the front. He was also in charge of explaining to me my treatment plan and how it would work with my insurance. He took his time explaining everything and was so friendly. Doctor Vanson is such a patient and knowledgeable person. Every single person in that office is just so professional and sweet. My teeth are in good hands!

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr.Vanson was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr.Vanson really loves what she does and will make sure you are comfortable through every procedure with the most patience ever. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. This was my first time at Tustin Legacy Dentistry and was very pleased with the work done by Dr. Stephens and Aaron. I recieved x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning. I would definetly recommend this place to other people in the area who are looking for a dental office.

Highly recommend this dental office! I was seen by Dr. Vanson and her assistant Jam who were both friendly and professional. The office is very modern and clean which is a plus. I was very nervous to get any dental work done however the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. All of my treatment was explained thoroughly and Dr. Vanson showed me my X-rays in detail which made me feel secure . I needed my wisdom teeth out and saw the oral surgeon Dr. Serge who was also great. I have referred several coworkers and family members and they have all had great experiences as well!

I came to tustin legacy dentistry with discolored teeth, in need of whitening, fillings and a root canal! I was on a tight budget and have had bad experiences at other dentist offices, but Dr. Linda Vance, her front office staff and assistants were so nice and helpful! I was never made to feel shameful about the state of my teeth or my budget! They worked with me on a payment plan for all of the work I needed done! Dr. Vance remembered me each time and was kind, funny and gentle. She made it so I can finally smile again! And just in time for my wedding! Hands down best experience at a dentist. I want to thank Dr. Vanson for taking the time to help me with my cracked tooth and other fillings. Her and her dental assistant were very patient with me, as I'm not the easiest client. I felt very well taken care of at Tustin Legacy Dentistry!

The best dentist office I have ever been to! Dr. Vanson was so patient and considerate of my anxiety and let me wear earbuds during the duration of the visit. The office is kept super clean and is staffed by a very welcoming, incredible team. I can not recommend Dr. Vanson and her team enough! I've always had a feeling that there was something wrong with my teeth because they just didn't feel healthy. My previous dentists always told me nothing was wrung. I woke up w a big swelling and toothache suddenly. I had a big abcess and infected gums! I quickly called this office close by and Dr. Vanson and her team got me out of pain. My gums and teeth have never felt better! I highly recommend this office if you actually want someone who thoroughly examines your teeth and truly cares about your oral health!

I'm positive that this is the first place to make me feel so welcome for a dental office. The place is very clean and up to standard, especially with everything going on in the world. Dr. Linda Vanson is my dentist and she's absolutely amazing! She's funny and makes you feel at home there. She even talks you through her procedures (in my past places, dentists and hygienist don't usually say much. only when there is a problem). 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office!

I think finding a dentist is one of the most difficult things to do. You absolutely have to go with your gut upon entering an office and hope for the best. I walked into Tustin Legacy Dentistry on October 21st and was courteously greeted by the front desk. I met Dr. Vanson and explained my recent experience and the health issues I have experienced in the past 6 months and she was so kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Vansen treated me with respect and kindness and did an excellent job at providing the service I desperately needed. Can't say enough about Dr. Lucas Stephens and the rest of the staff at Tustin Legacy, everyone was very kind and helpful! I had recently broken a front crown that had been on my tooth for 40 years and my teeth are not in the best shape. Was able to make a next day appt. and Dr Stephens explained every step of the process in detail putting any concerns I had at ease. I was able to walk out of there same day with a permanent tooth that looks great and matches perfectly Super happy and it looks like I have found a new dentist that I feel I can trust, invaluable!!
