So I recently went in to get a cleaning but once I got into the room to get set up a lady with a brown hair wearing a ponytail was so rude to me and she was very impatient the doctor was impatient as well with attending me. I have a small mouth in they kept hurting me and eventually I told them. I told them that I can't open my mouth more that I already opened it and they had to open my mouth by themselves after telling them that I have a small mouth. Super impatient never coming back to this place.

Dr. Peter Nguyen , best dentist I had ever have, he is profesional and does an awesome job . He makes sure you are happy with the procedures he does . Office staff is also friendly and helpful.

Our family has used gone to Tuscano Dental for around 10 years now. We are happy with the service we get and how quickly we can get into see the dentist when we have an issue. They have worked with us on payment and let you know what needs to be done and what can be spread out over time.

I love this dentist. It's always a pleasure to come in, the procedures are quick and painless, and I love the staff! I've had 11 cavities filled, a root canal, my braces, and wisdom teeth extracted here. They really are the best.

Our family has used gone to Tuscano Dental for around 10 years now. We are happy with the service we get and how quickly we can get into see the dentist when we have an issue. They have worked with us on payment and let you know what needs to be done and what can be spread out over time.

I've been coming to Tuscano Dental for a decade now, and I have never received better dental care than what I get from them. What makes Tuscano Dental great is the husband and wife team of Dr. Mimi and Dr. Peter Nguyen. Both are well-educated and talented dentists who care about serving their patients, rather than getting rich off of them. They run their practice with the following goals: to provide for their family; take care of their employees; and serve their community. Not to simply maximize their profit margin. I have a particularly disfunctional health plan which (on many occasions) has made it extremely difficult to pay the Nguyens in a timely manner, for services rendered. However, not once, have I ever felt hounded or pestered by them during the frequently long process of getting my insurance company to pay up. They have always been patient, polite, and willing to work with me. Due to the quality service, I recommended Tuscano Dental to my parents, and now, they are regulars too. I don't even live in the West Valley anymore, but, I continue to bring the Nguyens my business, because they have EARNED IT. Obviously, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dentistry and is tired of the run-of-the-mill, impersonal dentist offices where you get handed from hygienist-to-hygienist and doctor-to-doctor, and no one cares about you once you leave their chair. Just called to make an appointment and the lady who answered had a bit of a rude attitude. I asked to make an appointment for Tuesday and she said "We don't work Tuesdays" umm well... here on google it says that they are open Tuesdays, plus the website itself says: "Tuesday: Close or by appointment only." well, clearly the staff is lazy and doesn''t want to work Tuesdays because I tried to schedule through the phone and she said that they "don't work". If I had tried to schedule an appointment online for Tuesday I would have been able to because it does give you Tuesday as an option, but I'd rather take my business somewhere else.

I had a terrible tooth ache and from the moment I called to the moment I walked in the door, the office staff was immediately friendly and concerned for your well being. It was 15 minutes before they were closing and yet they took the time to explained everything thoroughly and I never felt like I was being rushed. They took me in the same day and I was able to get a root canal and be rid of my tooth ache. Dr. Nguyen is friendly and so experienced, I know I was in great hands. Thank you very much to all of you for such great service! A great reason to SMILE now.

I went here earlier this year for a root canal. After a check up they said I needed two root canals not just one. They also wanted me to pay for both crowns than going to my original dentist. They went on saying that my other dentists were lying. Not to mention the other dentist woman asked if I even spoke English while she was explaining to me. After making an appointment to get those two root canals done with them , my mother called to ask if it was both or just one tooth since they're the first to tell me I needed two. Next thing you know it they call back less than a few minutes to tell me my case was "too complicated and I need to get it taken care of somewhere else" this was the rudest, most unprofessional experience with a medical professional I ever had. I understand you must review their dental work but as studying in the medical field you must have a certain expertise on social skills as you are working with people. Always get a second opinion when it comes to your health.
