Dr. Ducksworth was born in Pennsylvania, but lived most of her life in Pompano Beach, Florida with her parents (Melvin and Lureen Samuel), two sisters (Crystal and Kyra), and brother (Brian). After finishing dental school in 2005, she married her husband, Julius, and they relocated to Mississippi. They now reside in Hattiesburg with their two sons, Donovan and Logan. In her free time, Dr. Ducksworth enjoys singing and dancing.

Turtle Creek Dental has the best customer service. I felt I was listened to and the staff attended to my needs. Dr. Duckworth is a warm, engaging, knowledgeable professional. You'll probably laugh too!

I saw Dr. Ducksworth and she is phenomenal, so patient, kind, gentle! Just amazing with her work! I've been a patient there for years seeing Dr. Tran I was devastated when he left and had second thoughts about returning but I had an emergency but Dr. Ducksworth took care of me without a flaw! Great work ma'am, thank you!

I was scheduled for an emergency root canal because my tooth was hurting so bad that the hydrocodone wouldn't touch it. I took off work to come down there and the root canal was not done because it would take "too long". Your website states that you do emergency visits, but that's misleading. I left with nothing but an aching tooth. Then they attempted to charge me $100 until I asked for what? Then magically, I owed nothing.

BEWARE!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Went for an extraction but they refused to extract yet charged me $119.00 just to look. Poor excuse for a dentist. Went to a different dentist and was very pleased. Don't use this place or you'll be sorry! Go to a real dentist!

They were very professional and even though I was nervous, the staff was patient and very understanding and they didn't brush me off they were very compassionate and caring. I will recommend them to my family and friends

I called my mouth is swollen down to my jaw. Went to the er last night and was advised to see a dentist due to the infection. Called and was offered an appt a week away. Not an emergency clinic.

It's 6 months later and finally after numerous calls and my husband going to this location in person, my daughter's Dental bill has been sent to our Dental Insurance company. During all this time they've kept sending us the Dental bill, instead of submitting it to our Dental Insurance. My daughter in January/2022 she went in for a regular cleaning, which is covered by our Dental Insurance. During these past 6 months I've called about every month, and each time I get a different answer; the person that picked up the phone is new, the manager will get back to me or they say that the Dental Insurance doesn't cover everything and just a few minutes ago the receptionist hung up the phone on me. I'm still not sure what has happened at this location, we have been seen here for the past 4 years and we never had an issue before. Since January/2022 it's gone down hill. When new people in the area have asked us for recommendations for Dental Care, we immediately tell them this and that it's best that they go somewhere else, as I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE: By far the best dental team when it comes to care, making the patient comfortable, & empathetic of fears, anxieties, and mental health aspects. I have a severe anxiety around scheduling appointments, I've had to up medications to help with depression & severe ADHD, & I was truly ashamed of my lapse in caring for myself. I was merry work nothing but compassion & understanding. Dr. Ducksworth, reception, hygienists, everyone; they're exceptional in reading your mind. "You're here now aren't you? That's all that matters." Dr. Monet Ducksworth, thank you endlessly. I left with a smile on my face, a new treatment plan, & the confidence that I need not be ashamed of the setbacks. What matters is moving forward, looking up, & trusting in my dental team. Excellent service, friendly staff, superior dental techniques. They saved my Smile!

I had the same experience as reviews by Steven Payne and Don Fillingame and probably others. Xrays and no cleaning, just a large estimate.
