We are a full-service family practice of dedicated, experienced Dentists who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their Oral Health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your Dental needs in all stages of life. Our Dentists believe in providing comprehensive Dental Care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve their best possible smile.
Our Dental office is located in the Springridge Village Shopping Center in Clinton, Mississippi. We offer a wide variety of Dental services including Whitening, Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Root Canals, Implant Restoration, Dentures, Extractions, and Emergency Services.
Turnage Family Dentistry is owned and operated by Dr. April Anders Turnage. Dr. Turnage has strong family roots in the Clinton, Raymond, and Learned area. She attended Central Hinds Academy in Raymond, MS from the third to the twelfth grades and received her undergraduate education from Mississippi College. Dr. Turnage earned her Dental degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center after which she completed an additional year of residency in Advanced General Dentistry.
Dr. April Turnage and her husband, Mike, currently reside in Learned and have three beautiful little girls. Dr. Turnage has a love for the Dental profession and prides herself in treating her patients like family.
Doctor April Turnage 's research publication involvements include, 'Comparative Gender Effects of Experimental Periodontitis on Proinflammatory Cytokines in the Rat' (2006-2007) and 'Paddlefish and Sturgeon Entertainment by Dredges: Swimming Performance
as an Indicator of Risk' (2004-2005). Other publications written by Dr. Turnage include 'Is Something in the Water?' (Impressions, 2008), 'Tomorrow 's Dental Office Today - Bridging the Gap from Access to Care' (ERDC TN DOER-E22, 2007), 'D4 Destinations' (Impressions, 2006), 'Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Comes to Mississippi' (Impressions, 2006), and 'New Faculty at UMC' (Impressions, 2005).

It was my first time visiting Dr. Turnage and her staff. Everyone was awesome from Dr .Turnage , the dental hygienist and Liz I will definitely be referring my co workers and family .

Great Dentist !! Dr.Turnage and her entire staff go above and beyond to make your dental appointment a pleasant experience. Dr. Turnage is upfront from the start about all procedures and prices for current work and any upcoming work. There are no surprises.

I have had an anxiety with dentists for as long as I can remember. My first visit to Turnage dental was after I moved to the area and had missed a few cleanings. What prompted me to bite the bullet and schedule an appointment was a cavity. I was afraid I would feel judged or rebuked for the lapse in my cleanings, but the staff was so welcoming and kind. They made my first visit and cleaning so pleasant and when I came back for the filling they put my nerves at ease and even offered me a warm blanket! They made sure that the area was fully numb and I didn't feel a thing! The Christian music in the background is very comforting- I love hearing my dentist singing and humming along to the praise songs as she's working.

Very friendly service the young lady who cleaned my teeth was very kind and knowledgeable about teeth For my first visit I was very pleased I have to go back to have a filling done and Aflac dental is covered at this dentist office which is a plus

It had been awhile since my last dental appointment having moved here 2.5 years ago. My hygienist was thoughtful, professional and just all-around amazing. Dr. Turnage was very personable and professional as well. Can't wait for my husband and daughter to come here!!

I chipped a tooth on a Thursday night. Called the above Friday at 8:00 am. They had me in a chair by 9:30 & repaired the tooth . I can't thank Dr. Turnage and everyone in her office enough! They are friendly, courteous, & very professional. As you can see from the stars I highly recommend Turnage Family Dentistry.

First time here today. These people are incredible. Personable and friendly. I don't know the last time I went somewhere where everybody was nice and helpful in the building. Whitney my hygienist-absolutely great. I can't give them enough stars for the service. These are the things you remember about your first time anywhere. My wife went as well and said the same things. Getting my coinage together so I can go back for my follow-ups. Thank you all very much.
