Welcome to our new 'state-of-the-art' facility. Our first 'Green' office features paperless records and a very low carbonfootprint on the environment. HDTV is provided inour reception area as well asineach operatory allowing our patents to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable experience.Dr. Lessand histeam are ready to help you with your endodontic needs. At your intial visit we will conduct a thorough exam and diagnosis. Because we want you to feel confident in your treatment choice, ourstaff will provide you with valuable diagnostic information and answer all questions you may have. Thank you for choosingTurlock Endodontics. We look forward to serving you.

  • We utilize an advanced Digital Radiography System. Dr. Less purchased new X-ray heads designed to work in concert with digital radiography sensors to minimizes the radiation exposure and improve diagnostic capabilities. This combination reduces radiation exposure by as much as 75-80 percent.
  • We exceedsterilization standards set by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), OSHA,and the ADA with the use of Sterilox, an oxidizing agent that kills bacteria and prevents biofilms from accumulating in the waterlines. This results in water purity that exceeds the stringent requirements set forth by the American Dental Association, OSHA, andthe CDC.
  • The Digital Office Program (DOP) is an added convenience for both our patients and referring doctors. You will never have to worry about communication between your dentist and Turlock Endodontics. Our Digital Office Program takes care of everything! With DOP, registration is a breeze:
  • Pre-medicate if you have been advised by your physician or dentist to use antibiotic premedication because of mitral valve prolapse (MVP), heart murmur, hip, knee, cardiac, or other prosthesis, or if you have rheumatic heart disease.
  • It is normal to feel tenderness in the area over the next few days as your body undergoes the natural healing process. You may also feel some jaw tenderness from keeping it open for an extended period of time. These symptoms are temporary and usually respond very well to over-the-counter pain medications. It is important for you to follow the instructions on how to take these medications. Remember that narcotic medications, if prescribed, may make you drowsy, and caution should be exercised in operating dangerous machinery or driving a car while taking them.

Your tooth may continue to feel slightly different from your other teeth for some time after your root canal treatment has been completed. Healing time varies with each individual. However, if you have severe pain or pressure that last more than a few days, please call our office.

You have had a dental surgery that can cause some discomfort, swelling and bruising. To help minimize the swelling, you may alternate ice on the affected area for 20 minutes on and then 20 minutes off, repeating for 3 to 4 hours.

Most treatments within our office progress as anticipated. Occasionally we will begin treatment with the best of intentions and discover a tooth just cant be maintained. There are many causes, but some of the more prevalent include a significant crack or fracture, inability to find canals, or not enough tooth structure to repair it. Because we complete a thorough exam, we usually will inform you of these possibilities prior to beginning treatment. Once in awhile, a tooth that seemed to be maintainable will catch us off guard without much warning. Whatever the cause, overhead within the office does NOT allow us to do these exploratory cases at no charge. Usually, the charge is a minimal 350 dollars or less. Want to know more? Just ask

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Less and his staff were wonderful. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. Dr Less called me later that night to check on me. He is friendly and very easy to talk with. They worked with my insurance and everything went smooth.

I have had several experiences under the professional expertise of Dr. Less. He and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations. I don't look forward to having a root canal but everyone makes sure I am comfortable and Dr. Less has gone to great lengths to making sure the area was numb. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Less is an awesome dentist with a friendly amazing staff. Dr. Less is not just a great dentist, he is also a very honest, thoughtful and ethical human being. I have had a procedure done by Dr. Less a few years ago with great results, so when I needed more work done he was my first choice. This time around after prepping me for the procedure and spending a lot of time explaining the process, he started to work on my tooth but then he stopped and said that after a closer exam, he did not feel right about doing an extensive procedure that he knew would not last very long and I would just end up needing an implant. WOW! it actually made me feel a bit teary eyed to have this experience. My dentist talked himself out of a paycheck! I can't thank Dr. Less enough, he saved me from having more discomfort physically and monetarily. I highly recommend this doctor and would see him again, if needed.

I got a molar and premolar root canal done by Dr. Less in april 2021 and November 2020 respectively and immediately developed pain on that same area .I had continuous pain and when I went back to his clinic several times , he took 3d scans and did some adjustments and said nothing was wrong with the root canals and he couldn't do anything about it, and instead ,it may be just neuromuscular-related chronic pain and offered referral to a chronic pain specialist. I was very doubtful that it was chronic pain because I never had pain there before, but suspected this was rather acute pain from the root canal. I went to my ENT doctor for answers and said it was clear that large amounts of sealer used for the root canal extruded past out of the molar roots and went into my maxillary sinus. Dr less referred me to two oral surgeons and both points toward the extruded sealer could be the reason behind my pain. i went to another endodontist who wrote the same reason in the report. Even after showing Dr. Less the evidence, he never admitted the sealer was the problem instead misdiagnosing with the nerve pain .it was a long and laborious process trying to get Dr. Less to work with me to fix this problem, all the whole time while I had to be on pain meds and was in a lot of pain. The final options were: to leave it alone (but the pain is interfering with my daily life despite the pain meds and I've been prescribed two different antibiotics which didn't help, neither do I want to be on strong narcotics long term); or a surgical procedure (which is a complicated process ); or extraction and losing the tooth and scraping the sealer materials out with it .If the root canal was done properly in the first place, I wouldn't have to do this expensive surgery or be faced with losing this tooth. I asked and got my money back for the root canal for premolar but he refused to pay for the surgical procedure for molar. The tooth is still very painful even to the slightest touch, and I am very disappointed in Dr. Less in his unprofessionalism in not taking responsibility for his clinical mistakes.

A very friendly place, dentist helps to relax the nerves, by talking to the patient about other things instead of what is going to happen. Everybody in the office super nice
