My fiance and I came to this dental office because we were referred by an employee. They had Saturday appointments which worked for our schedule, and we had heard good things about Dr. McCulla. We ended up seeing Dr. Bahai. My fiance did not have dental insurance at the time and he went into the office first. I won't bore you with all the details but they ended up billing him over $2500. Charging him $900 that day and then making him pay $800 over the next 2 months. They charged him for services that he hadn't even had done yet. One thing was, they had found a filling that needed to be redone ( he did NOT have pain in that tooth), but I thought it could be normal since he hadn't been to the dentist in around 2 years. I ended up going a few weeks later. I'm a person who visits the dentist 2 times per year and on my visit I also had filings that needed to be re-done... interesting. After my cleaning I went to check out and they did the same thing to me, trying to get me to pay upfront for all the services they would be performing and making it seem like it was the only option. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRE-PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES. Since he had already done my x-rays and I had a small chip on my tooth from a concussion in high school that had re-chipped, I figured I would come back. I wish I had not, I was not happy with any of the dental work he did on me. I waited until I needed a teeth cleaning and came back to address my concerns, he got very upset with me and frazzled, and wouldn't help. I do not believe this is an honest dental facility. Maybe Dr. MucCulla was, but from what I can see is they do unnecessary dental work and try to get you to pay for work they have not performed. My fiance ended up going to another dentist and they found only one cavity and had NO recommendation for re-doing a filling. ( I had called turlock dental care and had them reimburse my fiance for the work they hadn't done, so you can do that..) I can't believe I took the time to write this, but places like this make me extremely upset.

I find the staff very pleasant. Their concerned about your comfort and dental care. Much better than I've experienced with my old dentist. I do recommend them for your dental needs.

Today was my second time going to this dental office. The staff is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. They have a little station where you can get yourself a water bottle, tea or coffee. Everything is nice and clean, so is the bathroom by the way. On your first visit you get a tour of the whole office and a little bit of background of the Drs there. Before you get anything done, the staff goes over it with you and they make sure you are comfortable. Now, I don't feel hesitant about visiting the dentist.

New to the area so I had some work done here. It is extremely obvious what they are doing here and they will scam you out of much more money then you would like. Be very careful when visiting this place because they will be reaching in your pocket for every penny after you get some work done. Also had a strained jaw after getting some fillings so there's that. "Finance" secretary is extremely rude. Highly recommend avoiding this place, don't fall for the fake reviews like I did.

This place is great! State of the art equipment. Friendly staff, professional and experienced dentist and hygienist. I trust everyone there. My daughter and I both go here and I recommend this office to anyone. You're in great hands with this team.

Because of the pandemic I had not been to the dentist for quite some time, and was somewhat anxious about what to expect. The front desk staff at Turlock Dental Care made me feel safe and comfortable from the time I came in to the office to the time I was called back for my cleaning. My hygienist, Jackie, thoroughly explained all of the safety procedures they have in place to keep their patients and staff safe. And believe me they are going above and beyond with their safety protocol. I was totally at ease! Jackie did (always does!) a great job of cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable. And it is always good to have Dr. McCulla check my teeth to make sure everything looks healthy. Yvette took the time to tell me about their dental care program and get me signed up. My experience was exceptional and I was even given a freshly baked cookie when I left. Thank you Turlock Dental Care!

Staff was nice but I thought I was coming for a cleaning. I'm leaving frustrated because no cleaning. Instead I have to take another day off work because they can't do cleaning same day. I recommend you ask when you make appointment if they'll do a cleaning that day or not.

I went inn for x rays only, they said my insurance was going to cover everything, then big surprise i get a bill a week later paying out off my pocket!!!!

Hands down the best office for all your dental needs. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who makes you feel comfortable. They want to know about YOU, your past dental experiences whether it be negative or positive, to ensure you feel safe and are in good hands! I've been coming here for almost 2 years and my gums and teeth haven't been more healthier and beautiful. They always offer refreshments like coffee or cold water, a variety of flavor lip balms in case your lips become dry during your care, also offers different types of take home kits based on your needs, and If you feel cold feel free to ask for a soft blanket or neck pillow! Even their chairs have built in massagers. The services are worth every penny. The team is not only thoroughly with your care but its those little details that are just the icing on the cake - did I mention they bake their own cookies?!

This office is elegant and very clean with air purifyers everywhere. If its your first time meeting the team, they will give you a tour of the office, provide their history, background on their awards and accomplishments. They monitor your gum health every few months, they take actual measurements. My gums are tighter to the teeth and any issues like cavities, swolleness, or serious care, they build a plan as quickly to resolve everything and provide best options possible for your health in detail. I was dealing with horrible headaches from a rotting root and they really came to the rescue. I had to get a root canal done and I was super neverous, but the team and Dr. Combs did an amazing job that I wasn't nervous one bit when they were operating on that tooth. The team is super kind and want to hear out any concerns you have. After my recent bday, I went to my appt and to my suprise, I received a birthday text and card with a set of cookies that looked like little happy teeth. Btw you can win stuff from monthly drawings - ask for more info. Today my fiance and I came in for follow up and I was suprised we were granted with some long time client perks...2 free TDC bluetooth speakers. We were just shocked. I mean I was just happy with the stylus pen they gave me - I use it everyday for work. They really go the extra mile. This place is overdue for a review... we appreciate your team. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
