Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. Honestly they have me waiting for 4 hours and on top of that they always call in my husband even though we have appointments at the same time. I don't understand what's going on every time I go it's something with them! I dislike how my husband gets treated like a king and they treat me unfair

I have had the dental worst experience at this place. I was told I needed a root canal they put the temporary tooth in and it fell out 20 minutes later it did this 3 times. I had to take off work. I was then told to go to the store and get some poli grip for dentures. I tried this and it didn't work either. Where my tooth was is exposed, red, sensitive, and I can't chew. I have two dental insurances and they want to charge me $500 for a root canal. Beware!

Showed up early for my 2pm appointment for checked in and waited... saw a few patients that came in after my go back before me after waiting 30 minutes I walked out, come to find out they moved my appointment to 2:30 without anyone from the staff conveying that to me

I came in to get a broken crown fixed. Dr. Liu and Angelica have been amazing. Informative, attentive and gentle. Very happy with this trip to the dentist.

This experience was great, I'm even surprised to say that. The customer service from the front desk to the provider was amazing. Joseph, was amicable, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and very gentle when doing the X-rays. Kenneth the hygienist was gentle, explained everything and make me feel I matter. Dr. Liu was amazing she came over and respectfully asked how to say my name correctly, she wanted to call me by my name, very impressive. Also, Dr.Liu is very knowledgeable and understanding. Overall today was a great visit and experience.

Dr. Lui and her staff are awesome. They kept me informed of everything they were doing as they were doing it, which is a major stress reliever. (YOU will feel a pinch, you will feel a vibration, now removing decay, we're almost done etc.)

Visited these folks once for the standard 2 times a year cleaning. Before even seeing a dentist, they immediately went into the "deep cleaning" used car salesman pitch and told me that this was a procedure I desperately required. I go to the dentist twice a year and have never heard even a whisper of this perceived dental emergency I was supposedly experiencing. They were able to successfully bill my insurance $2300 and charge me $400 for a completely unnecessary "deep cleaning" that took all of 30 minutes. Read other reviews.

I went in for an exam and possible extraction. Unfortunately they were unable to assist with due to the condition of my tooth. That being said the staff here went above and beyond to find an available surgeon to get me seen today to accommodate my not being able to miss any work. I will be coming back for any future preventative work for sure. Thank you Tucson Spectrum Dentistry.

From the moment you enter the door you're greeted professionally and graciously. You're made to feel welcome in a usually uncomfortable situation. The women at the reception desk are efficient and cordial. They are knowledgeable, friendly and oh so patient with those who might be slightly computer challenged. . My only observation was that the music, though tasteful and good was slightly loud and made it hard to hear the young women talking to us, especially those who might be a little hard of hearing. The offices are clean, well equipped, comfortably furnished. You don't feel overcrowded. The rooms where you get treated are also very clean, well equipped and everyone strives to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Such a wonderful feeling to get this from professionals. They look at you, not through you. They treat you as a person not a number or a 'thing.' Both my husband and I came together to hear our treatment plans and we looked at each other and at the same time gave thanks to the Lord for having brought us to this dental practice. We gave Him thanks for the doctors, the technicians, and all the staff that made us feel like we were part of their family and that they all cared. Though many played a big part in making this an amazing experience. ( yes, a dental appointment!) I'll have to give a special shout out to Liz who seems to be Manager or in charge. Very knowledgeable. Aware of what is happening and the epitome of professionalism and grace. Leyla was also amazing, kind, patient, friendly and serviceable. Dr. Liu(sp?) treated me like I was her only patient in the world and her favorite human ever. Thank you for your time if you've gotten this far. In a nutshell. This place is awesome. The people are the best.; and, yes, I recommend this practice!

The service and staff (Dr. Liu, Viridiana, Andres, Liz, Lupita just to name a few) are amazing at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry. My cleanings are done thoroughly but gentle and my implants strong as the day I got them, no problems, and so comfortable I sometimes forget what side there on. My mom has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's (beginning stages) and I started taking her with me for her dentures needs. Everyone there goes out of their way to make her feel at ease. Thanks guys keep up the great work, sincerely Neto

This place deserves to be shut down. They discriminate against people with disabilities. They do not accept ANY disabilities whatsoever. They don't ask questions about reasonable accommodations or what the disability is. If you're disabled or have special needs they don't want anything to do with you. I guess they're too good to deal with the special needs community. What a joke of an office.

Very disappointed by their organization in the front office. i've had countless rescheduling and cancellations that i had no say in. i cant afford to make the drive just to be told they changed something. the other day i had an appointment but the couldn't get me in because THEY scheduled me a month early. the day before on the phone it wasn't an issue. Terrible customer service. terrible management. great dentist. very sad. my family is getting a new dentist.

Being a new patient of Tucson Spectrum Dentistry, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided. The team surpassed my expectations of them. They were kind, thoughtful and patient. They were accommodating and professional. Mind you, I arrived with a chipped crown and a missing crown, yes two molars in need of attention. I didn't expect Joseph or Doctor Roberts to extensively examine my teeth, and yet they worked diligently on repairing my molars. Today I have two temporary crowns and two working molars; after more than six months, I am now able to chew and eat again. Thank you, Sincerely.

Have to go back for the 3rd time to get a new crown,dosent last no more than 2 weeks until comes off(have to get shot up for the 3rd time for numbing it's just ridiculous)cheap material they use don't go there oh yeah and it cost over 4000 just insane.

Took my wife in as an emergency because she was having severe pain. The dentist concluded an infection from the x-rays. Unable to see a surgeon until a week later and the dentist would not give her pain medication. She had been taken over the counter meds that didn't help her and in a span of three days it got worst. Thats why we were there. We had to go to another dentist for help. Thank God we were able to find one quick. We will be filing a complaint. I thought doctors are suppose to help. They'd rather send the patient to another dentist because they're afraid of prescribing pain meds.

I had cracked one of my back molars and needed emergency dental repair, the office at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry was able to schedule me the next day! I was a new patient at the practice, but everyone was so welcoming and warm! The team, Dr. Liu, Joseph, and Carla were prompt, courteous, and so kind! They made my dental experience painless and so easy!! Definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!!
