Today was our first visit. My son had dental check up, and had X-rays done. They took him to exam room while I was in waiting room. When he came back to waiting room. A hygienist came, without introducing herself said " He has cavity", and left....? Where is the cavity? How bad is it? What should I do about it? Should I make appointment to fill it? I did not see the doctor. He/ she did not talk to me.... that's it??? We left their office, looking for other dentist office.

I wouldn't take my kids to any other dentist in Tucson. After moving from San Diego several years ago we tried several dentists in Tucson. My youngest son had been traumatized by another office in town and I found Dr. Brittney Ko. From day one she worked so slowly with my son. She took things slow and one baby step at a time to build a relationship and trust with my little guy. Slowly but surely he became less and less afraid of visiting the dentist and yesterday he finally let her fill his tiny cavity! That was a success years in the making. Sitting there listening to her work on him and listening to her warmth not only eased my baby but also erased any anxiety I had. She is a brilliant up and coming dentist and is so incredibly good at what she does. She is warm and kind and hands down the best I've met! The staff is also very warm and kind. I would recommend Tucson Pediatric Dentistry to any parent looking for great dental care for their children!

I was very impressed by this dentists' office! It was my son's first time going in and we were both nervous. Both the dental hygienist and dentist were so friendly, warm, and kind. I loved how I could still be with and hold my son during the cleaning as well. I am so happy we will get to go back here for the next few years!

We just finished with the dentist appt for my crew. A very rambunctious crew at that! My 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son who has ADHD and a sensory disorder . Every single person we encountered were outstanding ! The receptionist , 2 dental hygienist and Dr. Ko were incredible! The listened to my concerns and took their time with my children. Each of my kids had a hygienist who were so helpful in entertaining one child while I was talking to the dr. About another ! I won't take my kids anywhere but here from now on! Thanks so much to this terrific staff for making our experience at the dentist enjoyable and making my kids feel special!

Had an excellent appt with Dr. Ko. She did an exam on my child and she took her time to really look in there and check for any signs of trouble. She gave me options for treatment and my child was very comfortable with her. Assistant Lorenia was awsome, super friendly, my child loved her.

I love bringing my son here he has special needs and dr macklin works well with him i highly recommend bringing your child if they are nervous about dentist

Best dentist both my kids 1 year old and 7 year old go here. Where the oldest went before messed her teeth up. They are very fast and everyone is nice.

Dr. Maklin and his team always have a smile and are very quick to help others. Dr. Maklin is very quick and gets the job done correctly the first time around. All of my members are happy with their smiles.

Dr Maklin is the best dentist! His staff is amazing and always friendly! My kids would fight me to go to the dentist intel we started going here and now it's no problem. He is very good about explaining everything and working with me. My kids have never complained about him in any way. Will not be going anywhere ever!
