Hygienist chipped my tooth during a cleaning I brought it up and she said it was plaque build up. I believed her. I went for a filling a month later and the dentist was rude and condescending and mentioned the chip on my front tooth. I knew I wasn't crazy when I said the hygienist chipped it. Won't be going back there

I have a severe fear of the dentist and they were all so kind and patient with me. Myself, My husband and My sister are all patients here. I highly recommend them!!

Let me start by saying that if you make an appointment there is a 75 % chance that appointment will get changed. I had my last three cleanings changed by the office to other days. They have no respect for their patients time. The last time they did not even call, I got all the way there and they told me they had to reschedule, then lied about calling me earlier. Also every time you step foot in that office they are going to try to up sell you on some product that they sell in the office. They try to shame you into it by saying "you do not brush with the right technique, you really should buy this electronic tooth brush, oh by the way we sell it here for $300". Or "you grind your teeth in your sleep, you should have us make you a custom mouth guard for some absurd amount of money." The last time I checked I showed up to a dental office not a used car lot! Literally every time I have stepped into that office over the last 4 years or so they do this. You can see it coming... You'll be sitting there and all of a sudden the questions start. "So..... um what kind of tooth brush do you use?" You are sitting there like "oh here comes the sales pitch".

The staff is very professional and accommodating. I chipped a tooth recently and they gave me an appointment for the same day. The doctor that filled and filed my tooth was great and very personable. She did an excellent job. I've been going to Tucker Road Dental for years for cleanings, and they do a great job.

worst place ever!!! I took my toddler there. I know he's little and was not expecting a full cleaning but at least I was expecting the hygienist to try and maybe sing a song or something. I took him there last year and the person at that time at least tried. this time though the hygienist Lori didn't even try! that lady asked me to leave instead. didn't even ask me if I have any questions. told me that they can't have a kid crying there. this is NOT the way you treat a parent with a small kid. I will NEVER recommend this place and I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Terrible place

Tucker Dental is the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. They always make myself, my dad, and my children feel like family... would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Tucker Road Dental is great. My family all are patients and we have never been disappointed by any of the service we receive . The staff is great and Dr Paul is fabulous. He is great with my kids as well.

Lori did a thorough job for my six month dental cleaning. Everyone in the Tucker Road dental office is super friendly and does a great job for their patients. They are all very dedicated and caring people.

From the very first minute I walked into the office , everyone was so welcoming! ALL of the employees, spend time with me , as though I were the only patient there! Dr Ponte, is HIGHLY knowledgeable, he also takes great pride in his profession! I was not rushed !! Dr Ponte, made me feel EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE !! As well as all of the staff! Dr Ponte, had taken all the time he needed with me. He is a perfectionist LOL.. I know this because, I'm a perfectionist as well. Did not feel rushed nor did I feel, as though I was just another number or another $ sign !! Dr Ponte, make sure I was not discharged until I was 100% pleased !! From the very moment, I met Dr Ponte... He asked me, exactly what all my needs & concerns were . Dr Ponte, greeted me with a beautiful smile.. Which I was able to see , even though he was wearing a mask LOL ! I realize, this is a long review. However, I honestly cannot find enough words to explain how comfortable, caring the doctor and all his staff are. I will HIGHLY recommend Dr Ponte & all his staff, without any hesitation to others ! Office Manager Ms.Lima was so helpful and pleasant to deal with, she definitely helps taking the edge off being at the dentist when my children have an appointment.....

Very unimpressed with this practice. I went in for a check up as a new patient in February. They had a power outage and couldn't do any xrays, but the dentist offered to fix a chip in my tooth. Ok, not what I was there for, but fine, I guess that's an easy couple hundred dollars for 5 minutes of work. I probably should have said no, but can accept it is on me that I agreed. Their scheduling system was down and they tell me they'll call to reschedule. They never do. About a month later COVID hits. Once they reopen in July, I make an appointment for August. After they already have me in a chair, someone from the office runs in and says my insurance was inactive. An aside -- my mom used to be the office manager at a dentist, and when I told her what happened she couldn't believe they waited until my butt was in the chair to check my insurance, as they would verify insurance the day prior to all appointments. Turns out payment information wasnt updated after the card was closed for fraud. I get it fixed and call back a few days later. It would be 3 months for an appointment. I explain I had been trying to get my exam since February, can't they work with me? No. I found another dentist in town whose practice is more professional and was able to get an appointment in a month. I wouldn't recommend Tucker Road Dental at all.
