Dr. Tuan Hoang grew up in Southern California. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received a Bachelors degree in microbiology and the University of Southern California for dental school. After obtaining his doctoral of dental surgery degree, he attended the Louisiana State University, New Orleans Health Sciences Center for medical school as well as for extensive training in general surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Hoang is board certified and has hospital privileges at Lakewood Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Hoangs surgical interests include dento-alveolar surgery, placement of dental implants, management of facial trauma, orthognathic surgery and facial aesthetic surgery. Dr. Hoang is a member of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Tuan Hoang. I was very nervous about the surgery but he and his staff members made me feel so comfortable that I didn't think much of the surgery at all! Dr. Hoang is so experienced in his field that the extraction was done before I even realized. Highly recommend!

So I had the pleasure to have Dr Hoang work on my teeth. Usually I nervous scared and terrified of going to the dentist as most of us are, but after my visit with Dr Hoang I have to say I would not mind ever going back in a heart beat. He is very professional and he does have the latest and greatest when it comes to his technologies in the dentist field and beyond. I will recommend him hands down to all my family and friends. If you google and look thru reviews before making a choice like I always do please take me advice with Dr Hoang you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Tuan Hoang is absolutely amazing! He is extremely detail oriented and is a perfectionist. So gentle, u can tell he truly cares about his patients and staff. I would highly recommend him for any oral surgery or facial cosmetic procedure!

Dr Hoang is nothing short of amazing. I'm extremely grateful to him for being a doctor that truly cares about his patients and does what is right for them. After I broke my jaw, the first doctor I saw wanted to immediately do surgery to the tune of thousands of dollars out of pocket. I saw Dr Hoang for a second opinion, and he recommended a much more nuanced path forward. In the end, Dr Hoang's treatment was much more time intensive for him, actually earned him less money, but it was absolutely the best for me as the patient. Eight months later my jaw is perfect, and I still marvel at how lucky I was to find Dr Hoang. I can't say enough good things about him - he's extremely smart, skilled, and dares to do the right thing, not just the easy thing. I wish every doctor were like Dr Hoang, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone.

Since his practice is small it's custom tailored to your experience. Large companies and discount plans simply can't match his level of commitement to you as a patient.
