TTH Family Dentistry is a Morrisville based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Tasha Hinton grew up in Durham, NC. She graduated from Winston Salem State University with a degree in Biology in 1997. She completed her dental education at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2001 then completed the two year General Practice Residency at UNC Chapel Hill in 2003. She has been practicing dentistry for 20+ years.
Dr. Tasha Hinton is one of the few general dentists in the state of North Carolina that is fully credentialed to perform dentistry in the operation room. Dr. Hinton performs cases at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, NC at the Raleigh Campus.
People with special needs are often unable to tolerate a routine dental visit. They may require treatment under general anesthesia for a comprehensive oral examination and a full-mouth series of X rays to diagnose any dental problems.
Dr. Tasha Hinton is one of the few general dentists in the state of North Carolina that is fully credentialed to perform dentistry in the operating room. Patients who can benefit from this service include children in need of extensive dental work, special needs patients, medically-compromised patients, or those with severe dental anxiety. These cases are performed at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, NC.

My daughter is a special needs patient and Dr Hinton and her staff made her feel as comfortable as possible. She was so afraid and they moved whatever was necessary to accommodate her feelings. The surgery she experienced went so well and there was very little bleeding. Dr. Hinton did a great job.

Dr. Hinton is a really good dentist. However, the supporting staff is not. I was on vacation and my appointment was 1 week out and Dr. Hinton staff called me about updating my insurance and I informed them I would provide when I return from vacation since I didn't have my new insurance card. The next day, another representative from TTH Family Dentistry sent me a text message about updating my insurance, I informed them I had already spoken with another representative the day before and let them know I would provide the insurance when I return and then the representative was saying without them getting the insurance in advance I would be responsible for the dentist appointment- I had to keep explaining I didn't have the card and would provide when I return home, still in advanced. Additionally, when I tried to contact TTH Dentistry via email and phone when I returned - no one ever gave me a call back or responded. Very poor customer service. Will not return.

Dr. Hinton and her staff are absolutely amazing. This was our first visit to her office for our 4 year old and 1 year old. Our 4 year old has high functioning Autism and they were so patient, nice, personable, and caring with both boys. We absolutely loved it and are definitely going to be regular's.

Mrs. Hinton and her staff is Amazing!! I love bringing my kid's here. I also come here. She's a very sweet person and she is down to earth. She does great dental work and her business is well organized. Thanks for taking good care of my kid's and I.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Hinton before and since this practice opened. The facility is clean and well maintained. Her practice has some of the most up to date dental equipment on the market. Dr. Hinton is the best dentist in the area, in my opinion. She has explained and comforted me through every procedure I have had while in her care. She's very friendly and personable and I've enjoyed wonderful conversations with her the the staff over the years!!

I would not give any star rating as she is not our dentist . Our doc was off on one day , my husband visited this office mind you it was in 2016 ( March ) . They sent a bill for $75 . I did call them up and paid the bill ( we did as always with other doc offices too ) . Never had issues with paying bill. All of a sudden they are sending me bill from 2016 in 2019 after 3 years saying pay the bill which was already settled . When asked for reason , why it has not gone for collections - no answer and they did not check under my name ( last name is different ) . They are clearly denying they did not see , but has been constantly sending bill from 2016 after 3 yrs , harassing not giving proper explaining why? When I asked to speak to sup , they just hang up the phone and keeps sending bill . Dental office bills if outstanding goes to collections after 30,60, 90 or 120 days and notice comes to our address . There is no notice since 2016 as we already paid .Now they are sending me bill for $85 .I do not know whose account they are trying to settle with extra money from us.
