Dr. Chen receives his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. After graduation, he works in different fields from being a lab scientist to a dental assistant. During his school externship, he became interested in dentistry after assisting a general dentist in her private office in Anaheim CA. He applied and was accepted by multiple dental schools. He graduated from SUNY at Buffalo school of Dental Medicine in 2011 and received residency training in Erie County Medical Center.
After working as an associate dentist for four years, he realized the only way to fulfill his philosophy of dental treatment is to have his own dental office. His dedication to excellence in dentistry is reflected upon his continue education through Spear study club, peer review, and involvement in Academy of general dentistry. To improve dental treatment, his office is equipped with advanced endodontic scope and intra oral scanner.
Dr Chen is a fellow of International Congress of Implantologists, a fellow of Misch Implant Institute, and a current member of Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of California Dental Association and Fresno Madera Dental Association. He is a frequent volunteer for CDA, Team Smile, and Tzu Chi Medical Foundation.

Dr Chen and his staff are VERY Professional, Friendly, Courteous, Respectful, Comforting, Reliable, and I do not have any anxiety or hesitation when it's dentist time. I TRUST Dr 110% as he is fully transparent and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his patients. He remembers little things that matter about what's going on in my life... VERY Personable! A quality that is RARE these days. I have the utmost respect for this Dr who seems passionate not only about what he does, but how he does it!!!

Everything went well, as usual. I even have been a tolerant Dr. Chen for two years. it's an excellent comfort to understand that I'm getting the simplest in care from Dr. Chen and his staff.

Brought in my 2 year old and 6 year old for the first time to this dentist. I love how patient the staff was with both of them and how they tried to make them feel at ease. They did not try to force anything on them. Thank you.

Had a really good first time experience here with Dr. Chen and his staff. The guy who took my xrays and did the flouride cleaning was really cool and did his job well. The front desk is very helpful and very nice. Dr. Chen himself is a really good dentist and has great bedside manner. He explained everything, gave me recommendations to an ortho, and fixed a cavity in 15 min. I highly recommend him, I had to switch jobs and now have to use Denti Cal. I was afraid I might get a lower quality of care because of my insurance but that was not the case at all. So glad I no longer need to look for a dentist. Go see this guy if you need help, don't wait.

I took my 6 year old son to his first filling appointment and Dr.Chen and assistants did a amazing job!!!! He was encouraged with kind words through out the entire procedure. At check-out Cruz at front desk met me with a welcoming smile and no fuss making next appointment. Great office. Definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

Love the staff love the office and the doctor and dentist assistant are the best I have got 1 tooth removed 1 root canal and fill done and let me tell you I didn't feel a thing I fully recommend this office definitely a 5 star thank you guys look forward in going back for my crowns. I used to hate the dentist but after visiting you guys I'm no longer scared to go to the dentist or get any work done.

I highly recommend this office Dr. Chen and his staff are very kind and their office is very clean and even have toys and books for the children to play with . There is no long wait time they get you in very quickly. Every time I go I feel at home with their friendly atmosphere .
