Dr. Natalia Tsar is one of the few dentists on the East Coast of Florida to offer Physiologic dentistry. Physiologic dentists seek to establish a harmonious relationship of the teeth, muscles, and jaw joints helping to relieve problems that occur with misaligned bites such as headaches, migraines, neck pain, jaw pain, and chipped or fractured teeth. Her specialized training in physiologic dentistry has put her in a unique position to help her patients with sleep apnea.
Dr. Tsar graduated Cum Laude from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where she was in the top 10 in her class and received 12 clinical awards. While developing and growing her dental practice in Utica, NY, she continued her training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and TMJ. She has been awarded a fellowship from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr.Tsar is continually expanding her training and knowledge so that she can meet the needs of her patients.
When not taking care of her patients, Dr. Tsar is very involved with her two sons golf careers. Her favorite things to do during her time off are cooking and biking. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle which she approaches holistically including a healthy diet and staying active. Dr.Tsar carries this holistic philosophy into her dental practice as well.

I just had my first exam and cleaning at Tsar Dental Excellence. The office is absolutely gorgeous. :) It was the most thorough dental exam and cleaning that I've ever had. I really appreciated that they took time to explain everything to me and to make a plan of action....and that the dentist was OK with me doing it on my timeline...or doing as much or as little of it as I wanted. It was a very patient focused exam and treatment. And, I thought my teeth were clean and pretty before....but they were gorgeous after the cleaning. :)

Excellent dentist and hygenist team. I did invisalign with Dr Tsar and my smile came out fantastic. In addition, the hygenist Yaneth is the best. I used to be scared of the dentist - this team from the first face you see at reception to the dentist is 5 star. Highly recommend .. I'm a patient for life !

I have the best dentist and dental hygienist in the entire County maybe in the whole country. I feel comfortable and taken care of and they are also professional and yet warm and friendly. They treat me like a very special person. I can't say enough good about this office

Dr. Natalia provides personal care with professional knowledge in the safe environment during Covid-19 pandemic. Many careful precautions were taken for patient safety. All staff members work as a team with Dr. Natalia. I was extremely pleased with my new crown work and highly recommend to any one , it's best in the area. Doctor always follow up for my comfort and if any concerns. She cares. Excellent Dental practice.

I'm a new patient at this clinic and I'm very impressed so far. Dr Natalia and her staff are nothing short of superb. Equipment is top notch throughout. Today, I completed deep cleaning treatment before getting into TMJ treatment and just wanted to share my experience with Yaneth (higienist). I've had deep cleaning done before, but never with such care and meticulous service. Never in pain- brief discomfort at the most. I highly recommend Yaneth to anyone who's looking for impeccable service at comfort. Looking forward to my next treatments.

Great service and excellent staff Had my cleaning done today and as always was most relaxing and calm. Felt very relaxed during the process . Office is very well organized and extremely professional, you don't even feel like you are at a dentist office. Great staff and Yaneth did an AWESOME job during my cleaning and check up

I am so lucky to have Dr. Natalia Tsar as my dentist in WPB. She has been taken care of my entire family for years. She and her staff are friendly, professional and the best at what they do. The office is calm and welcoming, and just a place where I want to make my smile even better. She is also a person that is kind at heart. She donated 500 toothbrushes and toothpaste for a mission trip in Guatemala put together by Florida Atlantic University School of Nursing. She will be giving clean and healthy smiles to many in need in some poor areas in Guatemala. I don't only highly recommend her, I give her a reference of good character.

attention to details and specially empathetic. i have been through a lot including cancer and TMD treatment. the staff has been over the top patient with me and now I am almost 100% pain free and my bite and my jaw is also almost 100% better. My hygienist is so patient and does an excellent work. I would recommend them 100%. I have already referred patients to them and I will continue to do so. Prevention of TMJ is extremely important and everyone should get examined by her. I would rather come to her before going to any other orthodontist because you are going to come back to her any way.

Like finding a good doctor or a good mechanic, finding a good dentist is not always easy. I don't like relying on trial and error when fixing my transmission, and much less so when filling a cavity. I started going to Tsar dental when a family member recommended them to me. Four years and 100 miles later (I moved to Miami and still make the drive up) I'm still a loyal customer. The staff is well organized, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, they are always evolving as new technology comes out so you can be sure to be receiving the most recent and top of the line care. I recommend to anyone and everyone!
