Dr. Tuan Le and Dr. Ann Nguyen are a husband and wife team of dental professionals. They are California natives, who met during their undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). They both received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from UCSD prior to attaining their Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Although far from home, Creighton Universitys School of Dentistry is among the most highly ranked dental programs in the Nation. Creighton provided both Dr. Le and Dr. Nguyen with substantial quantities of clinical exposure. They also gained tremendous amounts of clinical experience in Phoenix, AZ. Now, they are back in San Diego to not only establish their roots, but also to offer the best in dental services to those in their hometown.
Dr. Le and Dr. Nguyen are highly-skilled general dentists who represent a new generation of those trained in dentistry. Their exceptional dental education and extensive clinical exposure have given them the skills necessary in providing the highest quality dental care to all of their Dr. patients. In addition to acquiring a solid foundation of dental knowledge and experience, they continue with their dental education at various courses throughout the year to keep them up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques so that they are second-to-none in the field of dentistry. More importantly, Dr. Le and Dr. Nguyens focus is not only on the oral cavity, but also the patient as a whole. Dr. Les expertise allows him to take exceptional care of adult patients, while Dr. Nguyens extensive experience with pediatric dentistry allows her to take extraordinary care of young patients. Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking and eating out at local restaurants. She likes trying new recipes and cooking for her family. She loves to try new and different cuisines. Dr. Nguyen is very nurturing and caring. She is extremely patient and gentle especially with children. She has vast experience with childrens dentition. Her primary mission is to ensure that each and every person has a good experience at the dentist. This mission starts at an early age to make sure that no one has a traumatic experience. She is very sensitive to any type of anxiety and will make certain that all her armamentarium is utilized to provide a pleasant visit. She loves the tell, show, do technique. Children naturally gravitate toward her warmth and compassion.

WOW is all I can say. I waited to make this review, as usually cleanings are simpler and real intensive dental work shows flaws or lack of customer service. Not only do they have a needle free laser that does all the numbing, but all the dental assistants and dentists are so sweet and caring. I am someone who usually dreads the dentist and today for the first time had a 100% pain-free dental experience. I have the most beautiful, white smile and I'm so happy with truly yours, family dental! I would recommend them to anyone.

Truly Yours Family Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. Selena is very understanding with my school schedule & does her absolute best to fit me in given the limited/tight schedule I have. Jess, made sure I was comfortable, scheduled for next visit and provided great care. Dr. Le has given me the "colgate smile" I've always wanted. He utilizes the best tools to provide care with little to no pain (mainly NO PAIN). I never experienced any pain or discomfort (yes, even with the numbing injections lol). He will make sure you leave the office with the dental necessities you may need. Dr. Le acknowledged my concern of slight gum inflammation & had June (hygienist) treat my gums. She knew the sound of the instrument was not pleasing so she made conversation with me to get my mind off of the sound. My gums began to heal within the next day! June is wonderful, if you need cleaning ask for June! Thank you Truly Yours Family Dental & Martha for providing the best care. I went from not wanting to smile to smiling all day everyday! :D

I've been going there since I was a kid and I'm 44 years old. All my family and kids goes there too. Most folks don't look forward to going to the Dentist, but they give you that experience. Last time I went in there, I had two cracked front teeth and Dr. Le had me in and out within an hour and a half looking like new. It honestly was unbelievable work. Thank you

No one likes going to a Dentist or getting a cleaning. That being said the Dental Hygienist was professional and gentle. The Dentist was very engaged and professional. This was a five star experience. We have found our Family Dentist . I wish I could give more stars.
