Welcome to True Smile Orthodontics! We really are excited to meet your family, and to begin a new adventure together. Of course, no trip is fun with strangers, so we want to tell you a little about ourselves before we begin. Check out the pages below to learn a little about our orthodontists and other team members (who are the cool ones, lets be honest) as well as some of the stuff weve been up to:

Christopher Trockel, DDS Dr. Christopher Trockel attended dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating in 2011 at the top of his class, and went on to complete his orthodontic residency at Nova Southeastern University, finishing in 2013. He has been practicing in the area ever since and wants each person that sits in his chair to love their smile!

He is learning constantly, as a member of an exclusive group of orthodontists that attracts some of the best speakers possible for continuing education. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists

Dr. Martin Trockel Dr. Martin Trockel and his lovely wife, Allisa, have three beautiful children, Sahara, Zephyr, and Kelvin. Family is the most important thing for the Trockels. They love riding bikes, surfing, gymnastics, and enjoying the outdoors in every way.Dr. Martin Trockel and his family love it here in Oklahoma and are excited for all the adventures that await.Dr. Martin Trockel attended the University of California, San Francisco for dental school and then joined his brother, Dr. Christopher Trockel, at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with a Master of Science degree and a specialty certificate in orthodontics.

Eliana has been with our team since 2014. She has an associate degree in medical coding and health information technology. She is a hard worker and a creative thinker and is proactive in finding ways to help our patients. Eliana is also bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves the family feeling of our team as we learn, grow and help each other out, and enjoys being part of a multicultural team and getting to know all the traditions at our office.

Eliana and her husband have been married for over five years and have a beautiful son. They love to travel together to visit family. Eliana also keeps us with fashion trends and home decorating and enjoys cooking and staying at home with her son. She also enjoys Baja 1000 car racing with her dad. She is a native of Baja California, Mexico, and has lived in the Tulsa area for over ten years.

Maria joined our team in October 2014. She graduated as a dentist in Venezuela over ten years ago and has achieved an associate degree in healthcare administration. She enjoys continuing to learn about the orthodontic field and growing personally and professionally in our office. Maria is grateful to work with an amazing staff and such wonderful diversity of patients. She is diligent in serving our patients and helping them resolve problems. Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Maria is married and has a little boy named Christian Alejandro. She enjoys traveling to baseball games and getting to know new stadiums all over the U.S. She also enjoys cooking, bicycling, dancing traditional Venezuelan dances and playing with her little one.

Diego became a member of our team in September 2020. He holds a dental degree from Central University of Venezuela, from which he graduated in 2011. He enjoys the on-site dental lab at True Smile Orthodontics and performing orthodontic adjustments, where he can apply his dental knowledge and skills to provide the best possible patient care.

CeeAnna joined our dental team in October 2020 and is always here to help you and provide the best patient care she can! She graduated in 2016 through Epic Charter Schools. Her favorite part of coming to work each day is that our team is genuinely like a work family and loves helping each patient.

She has been barrel racing since she was five. She is a huge animal lover and has two dogs, Bella (a German Shepherd) and Feisty (a mix), as well as two horses that she trained herself, Riley and Skye. Riley is her main performance horse and has won her lots of races. She also enjoys traveling and playing with her dogs as well as hiking and just being outside.

CeeAnnas parents are amazing and they always try and help her barrel-racing dreams come true. Her sister Katie, two years younger, is very supportive and helps CeeAnna with her horses. Her boyfriend Bo is extremely supportive of her barrel racing and hauls her to every race and helps around the house.

Elizabeth finished high school in Mexico and has been with the practice since 2019. She enjoys seeing each patients progress. Her main duties consist of helping in the lab with retainers and aligners and providing our patients with the best care possible.

Kelly joined our team in July 2020 and holds an associate degree in business administration from Tulsa Community College. She loves working with the doctors! They are the most kind and caring people whose families treat the True Smile Orthodontics team like family. She also loves the entire team and calls them some of the sweetest people she knows.

Kelly has a loving husband and three precious daughters. Her family is her life and her world, and she doesnt do anything without them. Her hobbies are spending time with her familyit doesnt matter what she does, as long as they are together. They do love to watch movies at home.

Jackie has been with practice since 2019, scheduling our patients at the most convenient times in their busy lives! She likes to bring in new patients to get their new smiles. Coming to work each day with her fellow team members and learning new things are two of her favorite parts of her job.

Jackie was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, and moved to Oklahoma with her two siblings and parents when she was nine years old. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has a son, Adriel, and when she is not in the office, she enjoys outside activities with him.

Deisy has been married since 2011, and she has three kids: a girl named Kaylee, a boy named Dylan and a boy named Aylan. She is expecting baby Alaiah around July 20! In her free time, she loves doing outdoor activities and movie nights with her family.

Alex has been a member of the True Smile Orthodontics team since 2018. She loves the whole team from top to bottom! Her coworkers are great, and the Trockels are great to work for! Alex is the insurance coordinator, which means that she helps patients verify their orthodontic benefits and takes photos, X-rays and scans of patients to get them started on their orthodontic journeys.

Lisa attended All Bright Dental Assisting School before joining us as an orthodontic assistant in May 2019! She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Though she was born in Odessa, Texas, she has been raised in Oklahoma since she was two years old. She loves working with the Trockels and our team and is always glad to help any patient or team member however she can! She loves seeing our patients amazing smile transformations. She will be helping with training our assistants to be the best they can be in every aspect of their work and is excited to better herself through this process as well.

Ariana is one of our amazing orthodontic assistants. She has been working here since December of 2020. She graduated from Union High School and is currently enrolled in pre-dentistry at TCC. Her dream job is to be an orthodontist! Being part of our team allows her to learn and do what she loves. She always gives her 100% to support our team! She strives to always give her maximum and be the best version of herself.

Arianas family has the most important role in her life. She loves to spend as much time as possible with them. She also finds fulfillment in learning, teaching (sharing her knowledge), dancing flamenco and playing tennis.

In November 2020, we welcomed Priscillas happy personality to our wonderful team! She attended El Paso Community College. She helps patients with their treatments and loves helping them get their dream smiles!
