The front desk Ladies are Very disrespectful While I was sitting they just disrespecting me and talk about me Because I'm a Muslim Or my community or Black woman I was late 10 minute And I Told them I move to other city That's why I was late And then she Cancel my appointment and said they are all move This is not the first time I feel disrespect I have a couple appointments I will cancel all of them and I never see them again

Came in for a cleaning then wisdom tooth extraction. 10/10 would recommend! Amazing professional, calm staff, I was comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely love this clinic, I have had multiple other clinics where I have felt like I was just another body in a seat quick over turns in and out very unpleasant experiences. At true north they have always taken the time to consult with me about all my options, very patient, kind, understanding and empathetic. I have decided to bring all 4 of my kids as well and they also love going there. I recommend this dental clinic every chance I get! Thank you guys for taking your time and caring for your patients.

I just drove for an hour to get to my appt. My GPS took me to Huber Park so I called to find out exactly where they were located happened to be 2 mins from the park.... by the time I got my 2 yr old out of the car and walked in I was about 10 mins late... they knew I was going to be late as I called for directions... when I walked in they said they wouldn't be seeing me today since I was late... now not only did I have to drive for an hour to even get to the appt. But I also have a broken tooth that has been putting me in excruciating pain... and knowing this they still wouldn't see me... worste dentist I've ever been to or heard of... DONT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THEM!!!!

So far I've had a cavity done and one cleaning. Staff was friendly and thorough. Scheduling was easy. Appointments went quickly. Relieved to have found this place as my previous dental office was incompetent.

Just had 3 cavities filled. Didn't feel a thing and they were both very nice and comforting!

Very thankful to have found this clinic!! It is so hard to find a dental clinic with state insurance, nonetheless, one that I feel comfortable bringing my kids to and knowing we are being well taken care of. Well, we found it! Everyone here is amazing, and I couldn't feel more thankful to have found such a gem in the community!

Wow! This is a team of great professionals. Dr Christainson is phenomenal and he knows exactly what is he doing and what outcome he wants. Isaac!!! I also hail you level of professionalism. You are great... Likewise the other members of this great team; how I wish I knew all your names so that I can thank everyone individually for the great job that you guys do. Hey those reading this, what are you all waiting for? Just visit True North CDC Shakopee and restore your smile. You will never regret the visit. I can bet on this!!!

~VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ THIS~ I have called them to make an appointment and i was nicely told that the nearest appointment is one month away, then nicely and happily accepted it and booked. After a month of waiting, i called them hours before my appointment and i was told OH SORRY, we were planning to call you to reschedule the appointment as our hygienist is sick and you have wait for another month for the next appointment. Can you believe that? They definitely can't be Trusted! This was very terrible and disturbing experience! Anyone considering this place, please be aware of my experience! Thank you, Hassan

June 18, 2020 I read the response to my experience, however I don't recall seeing the "owner" in the room when I was there, must be clairvoyant. In any case I did relate the facts accurately. It's really too bad when an owner doesn't take responsibility for an employee, and tries to shift blame to someone else. June 15th 2020 I had an appointment this morning at true North Community Dental in Shakopee Minnesota at 9:20 a.m. I arrived 5 minutes early even though I called them because I thought I might be a little bit late as one of the roads going down there was closed. When I got there they had me fill out a form for the covid 19 virus saying whether I was exposed to it or not. Then they informed me that I had a $15 copay from months ago for a procedure, one that they didn't charge me for when I was done with the procedure on that day. I was informed that I had to pay the $15 before I could be seen even though today's procedure had no copay and was paid in full by insurance. I asked to talk to the office manager. I think her name was Marissa and she just stonewalled me and said that that was their policy that I couldn't be seen today unless I paid the $15 charge. I explained to Marissa that I didn't bring any money with me that day and I would send it when I got home and since today's procedure had no copay I don't understand why they wouldn't see me for that. Anyway, long story short, they refused to see me so I drove all the way down there and all the way back only to waste my money on gas and my time and then the expense if I go back for the same procedure. I don't feel I was treated with any respect at all. Marissa (the office manager) was somewhat condescending even though I explained that I would send the money when I got home that I'm on social security and money's been tight especially because of the Covid 19 virus. It's sad but a lot of times it does just boil down to one person giving an entire company a bad name a bad taste in a client's mouth. The rest of the staff has been very nice at True North. It just happened in this case it boiled down to the office manager Marissa. At this point I'm not sure that I'm going to go back there. I am thinking about billing them for cancelling my appointment with no notice, on the spot while I was in their office. After all they would charge us if we didn't give them 48 hrs notice. They gave me no notice that I needed to bring $15 cash with me or I wouldn't be able to be seen that day. Anyway when I got home I mailed the $15
