Born in Taichung, Taiwan, Dr. David Chen is the youngest of three children. His family immigrated when he was eight years old, venturing to the United States to pursue the American dream. They settled in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, where he spent his formative years within one of the Bay Areas most recognized and competitive school systems. It was during his high school years when Dr. Dave discovered the amazing field of orthodontics.
Dr. Dave attended the University of California, Davis, earning his B.S. in biological sciences. During his time at Davis, Dr. Dave took on many different leadership positions in several clubs and organizations: He served as President of the Davis Pre-Dental Society, Vice-President of the Davis Biological Sciences Club and an Academic Peer Counselor for the Division of Biological Sciences. He was accepted to dental school at the University of California, San Francisco, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
At UCSF, Dr. Dave assumed additional leadership posts, serving as President of the student research group as well as student coordinator for the UCSF Community Dental Clinic, a student-organized clinic that provides dental care for the local homeless community. In pursuit of developing his skills and continuing his education further, Dr. Dave went on to attend the University of Florida, in Gainesville where he earned his Orthodontic Certificate and Masters degree in Dental Sciences.
Dr. Dave is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Dave has worked professionally throughout Northern California. His diversified background and expertise includes working with patients of all age groups, at various stages of orthodontic needs. He carries with him a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for application of state-of-the art technology and innovation in orthodontic care. Behind his wealth of knowledge and experience, Dr. Dave is prepared to make a difference in the Houston-area community.
Dr. Sonny Wong was born in London, England and is the middle sibling of a set of triplets. Doing everything together as a trio, he eventually branched off to attend the University of Oxford, where he earned a B.A in Biological Sciences and later, a Master of Arts degree. During his Oxford years, Dr. Sonny immersed himself in athletics, representing the university in field hockey and rugby for the college. Away from sports, he took an interest and conducted projects in cancer research and neurodegenerative diseases.
After graduation, Dr. Sonny relocated across the pond with his triplet siblings to Sugar Land, Texas. In the US, he found a passion for dentistry and oral health and was accepted to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Wanting to serve the community, he often took part in volunteer events providing care to adults and children in need through numerous organizations. After dental school, he was accepted into residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry, where he received his certificate in orthodontics and Master of Science in dentistry degree. Dr. Sonny is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthodontics.

Actually I had braces off more than a year ago but I was busy and forgot to write a review. They did a good job on my teeth and made me feel warm every time I went there. I had braces from the time I was pregnant till my baby turned toddler, they showed care to me and my baby very much. Highly recommend !!

Love Dr Dave and his team highly professional, friendly :) They made the imposible posible after consulting with 3 different orthodontist who wanted to take 4 of my teeth out dr Dave said he could fix my overbite and crooked teeth and he did! I got my braces as an adult and was a severe case, now I can finally smile and show off my teeth and will be forever grateful ;)
