Everything and everyone was so welcoming and kind.The environment had the energy of coming home to a loving family. I had the honor of having Mohanad and Sue work on me today. They were super sweet and gentle and worked at my pace to make sure i was ok. I most definitely will becoming back.

Dr ballani was super cool laid back walked in same day within the hour my pain was gone the staff is super friendly with plenty of free refreshments and nice clean office I recommend to all

I got two wisdom teeth taken out and it was super easy!!!! Dr. Ballani is theeeee best!!! He made me feel so comfortable!

I've been to a lot of dentist and I thought I had good service but Dr. Mohammad Ballani ,DDS IS THE BEST EVER!!! Him and his team have GREAT bed side service, where I felt the doctor and his team is concerned about you as a patient. The office has beautiful windows and I was able to enjoy a beautiful scenery, while I was worked on. Dr. Ballani talked me though this oral surgery and that made me feel calm and more comfortable!! All I can say is if you need a dentist he is ready for you!!! Thank you Tru Family Dental for all you do in our community!!!!!

Dr. Ballani did an amazing job during my visit which required multiple extractions. He took the time to explain the procedure, ensured that I was properly medicated before he began, talked with me as he worked, and gave me a good explanation of my follow up care. I experienced minimal discomfort and that was only during the numbing phase. The extractions themselves were surprisingly pain free. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good experience

This will be a first for me to post anything but I felt compelled to do so. My experience today from the beginning to the end was above board. The service rendered by the doctor was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and he was quite thorough. If I could give him an additional 5 Stars, I would.

This is by far the best dentist place I've been too! I've been coming here for years and never had any bad experiences. Today though I just felt it was EXCEPTIONAL! I have a bad phobia of the dentist and needed some work done. Originally, when I scheduled my appointment I guess I thought I was getting a root canal but really I needed an extraction. I busted in TEARS right in the middle of the office. Wanted to walk out. Walked to scream and just didn't want to do it. The two young women at the first Shardae and Tanile told me straight up the truth of what I needed with COMPASSION! They were honest and really helped calm me done. I was a bit illogically wanting to walk away without getting the procedure done (I was scared). I let them know how scared I was (as if the tears didn't show it lol) and they assured me it would be just fine! Now let's get it MIA the Dental Assistant. I LOVE her. I had her the first time when I came to see what work I needed. She was there today again for my extraction. She is by far one of the best Dental Assistants ( they have all been good there too). She talked to me, calmed my nerves, explained what was going to happen and told me how good the doctor was and she trusted him. Mia was very warm and kind just like the other two ladies at the front! Exceptional MIA! Now let's get to Dr. Ballani. I had a female doctor there before (she was amazing as well.. can't remember her name) but Dr. Ballani was a GOD SEND. He explained every single thing he was doing. He was calm and understood my anxiety. He treated me like a human being with a lot of compassion. It is HARD having anxiety and a phobia of the dentist. It's embarrassing and it can be overwhelming. Shardae, Tanile, Mia, and Dr. Ballani are the dream team! Thank you so much for making my experience a pleasant one!

If possible, request Mia and Dr. Ballani! From the moment I was called back, Mia was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and was gentle with prepping me for the dentist. Dr. Ballani was just as helpful, and performed the most comfortable cavity fillings ever! He clearly and effectively addressed all my complaints, which was relieving. Their conversation was also entertaining, which made time go by quickly. A+ to them both!

The Dr was great. He helped me through my X-rays bc I have sensitive gage reflexes. My experience so far has been great.

Continued service after switch in owners and name. Like they still have some of the same staff including my hygienist. Makes visits more comfortable. They work with you and the visits are the most comfortable I've found. Staff is professional and pleasant.

Mia was extremely welcoming and helpful. Through every appointment, she made sure all of my needs and questions were answered in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of her customer service. Looking forward to my next visit!

Dr Mandiwala has been working on my teeth for 4 visits . I'm happy with his work and trust him His assistant Jennifer has been great . I would like to say her name. But don't have it now. The cleaning technician is fabulous

As noted by another reviewer since they changed to Tru Dental. There business practices have been underhanded. After getting a bill from them twice after my visit was completed and after I left with nothing being said. Today I insisted that I wasn't going to receive treatment until after I new what I was going to pay. They give me a price then get me in the chair start injecting a numbing pain then they come back and give another price. I walked out. If they want there money they can take me to court they can explain there business practices to a judge.

AMAZING!! The staff is super friendly and polite. No longs waits, they're open late hours which is amazing with work. Dr. Haik is so awesome. I will be returning and referring everyone I know to go there!

I went to this office on May 6, 2021 got an exam and was told I needed Dentures which is not true. Now some of my teeth needs to be removed but not all of them some can be saved. I was definitely disappointed by his Dentist telling me that. So I got a second opinion and was told that I DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE ALL OF MY TEETH. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT BIG!!

They just like to bill insurance to make money off their customers. Last year, I came in for a cleaning. The doctor recommended that I change my fill-ins to white from black for cosmetic reasons (another way to bill insurance and get money). I obliged and got the service done. After rendering the service, my bite was off, jaw started popping, and upper left tooth had significant increased sensitivity. I never had these problems before. Came in today about the jaw popping and sensitivity issue that they caused; doctor blamed it on me grinding my teeth..which is obvious because my bite is off (which they caused)! Billed my insurance and attempted to fix my bite but the jaw popping still occurs. Whole appointment was for naught. A few months ago, my sister went in for a cleaning and "supposedly" a cavity. She waited 45mins before being seen by the way. Anyway, the doctor was about to drill her tooth before realizing she didn't need a cavity procedure performed. Apparently, their imaging systems were stalled that day and it loaded an old image (or another patient's) of her mouth. What a joke. My family has been coming here for years but we are taking our business elsewhere. I am not sure what has happened but the quality of patient care and customer service has diminished.
