Dr. Mandiwala's focus is to restore optimal oral health and provide comprehensive care to patients and their families. He believes in making every visit of yours, a comfortable and pleasant experience through empathetic communication, evidence-based treatment, and timely follow-up.
Dr. Mandiwala is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Michigan Dental Association (MDA) and CDS (Chicago Dental Society). He regularly takes continuing education courses and attends conferences throughout the year to keep up with the rapid advances in dental technology and education. He believes in comprehensive care and smile restoration and provides treatments under all disciplines of dentistry, like crown-bridge, root canal treatment, fillings, dentures, implants, teeth whitening, etc. He is also a certified Invisalign provider and offers cosmetic treatment options.
Dr. Mandiwala and his wife, who is also a dentist, both went to the same dental school in India and US, to get their dental degrees. However they hardly talk about dentistry at home, instead they spend their time traveling, woodburning, and taking up DIY art projects. He enjoys watching and playing soccer and cricket.

Very friendly staff they made me feel comfortable the dentist explained what I needed done and how much it would cost . I had alot of work done today but im not in any pain .

Dr. Ruchin is an excellent dentist who has gone out of his way to help me save money on the expensive dental work that I need. I feel he has a lot of integrity as a person. His dental assistants & office staff are very friendly & professional as well.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Marcy at the front desk is helpful and positive. China the dental assistant was very professional. The Doctor was knowledgeable and offered some good tips. The technology is cutting edge.

I wanted to send a big thanks to the staff at Tru Family Dental on Schoolcraft in Livonia. On a Friday I had a crown come off. My regular dentist was closed, so I looked around and called locally. Unfortunately, no one was open, but I WAS able to go online and make an appointment for first thing that following Monday. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by Marci who was working very quickly to get my paperwork and insurance all setup. Then I met maybe the friendliest dental assistant ever, Chyna. She got me all setup and ready for Dr. M. He was also really great and explained what was going on with my crown and put it back on with ease. To sum up, I've never enjoyed going to the dentist. But the team at Tru Family Dental Livonia, really made the experience a good one.

Is this a dental office or a business selling credit cards? Price for cleaning and xrays is $366 cash or $175 if you purchase their credit card for a yearly fee of $79!

I overall had a great experience at Tru Family Dental. I didn't have to wait to be seen, the staff is very friendly, and they strive to make sure you have as positive of an experience as possible. I appreciate Dr. Ruchin going in depth about what will be done during the procedure and why. They're very accommodating and let me wear headphones while getting my fillings to help calm my nerves. The only downside I would say is that they can be a little pushy with additional procedures like Invisalign.

This place is great! Dr Ruchin and all of his staff are friendly and professional. They take their appointments on time and there's no reason to be nervous. It's a very modern facility and no pain...seriously even the shots didn't really hurt today, or the extraction. It had been over two years since my teeth were cleaned due to Covid, and I needed a deeper cleaning several weeks ago. Absolutely no discomfort. I recommend them highly. Don't be nervous if you've been putting things off!

Staff and service here are at the peak of the industry. Probably impossible to find a better office to get your teeth in perfect condition. Cancel whatever appointment you have and reschedule at this location!

Hands down best dentist I've ever been to. I avoided the dentist for a few years due to dental anxiety and had to overcome it for a procedure. Dr. Mandiwala made me feel comfortable and was very gentle! China calmed my nerves before the appointment and during, made me laugh too! :-)

Tru family dental was the best/most comfortable experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating, especially to someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a dentist!

I am glad that I have Dr Ruchin as my dentist now. Usually all my dental works I get some kind of swellings for few days. Dr Ruchin extracted my teeth last week, i didn't have any swelling or pain. Dr Ruchin is god gifted and exceptional hand skills that is really needed for a dentist.I highly recommend Dr Ruchin to others. Keep the good work Ruchin, thanks for your caring and being humble
