This is a great place to go to get your teeth cleaned! I like the new doctor, Dr. Craig. He put me at ease with his friendly demeanor and exceptional listening skills. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home when you walk in the door. Everything was efficient and extremely professional.

I was apprehensive about going to the dentist but I'm glad I did, everyone put me at ease and the dentist is awesome he is kind and and very thoughtful I recommend him highly.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Painless! Quick, efficient, comfortable, clean, in short, the best place you could possibly go in Fenton or in my case anywhere nearby. I would highly suggest Dr. Craig

We used to go here when it was Michigan Smiles and loved it! Not so much anymore. We have had multiple appointments canceled due to lack of hygienists, sometimes with only an hour notice, after taking time off from work. The bills for my husband come in my name, but I have no say in approving treatment that they expect me to pay for. They quoted my husband one price, then sent him a bill for another amount BEFORE being paid by the insurance company. One of the dentists was not sure of what tools to use and then ended up drilling my husband's lip and brushing it off like it is not a big deal. Since selling out, quality has gone way downhill.

I was treated horribly by not only the lack of Dentistry skill but I was made to take over 15 xrays I didn't need, also the xrays never transferred to my new Dentist upon request, given antibiotics I didn't need Rescheduled constantly Do not go here & the front office workers were unkind

They are very friendly and nice. Bit pricey but very worth it. They made me feel more at home than than any place that I wwent to. I would send my grandson there.

Save yourself from a terrible waste of time!!! Has no appointment integrity. I had to reschedule twice and on second appointment received call an hour before saying something came up and could schedule something in a few weeks. I could hear the doctor laughing in the background joking with his nurses. Scheduler who called sounded like sandpaper with the amount of care she said "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" and then hung up. This was my first appointment with them as a new patient. Safe to say I will never give them a second chance to waste my time and be disrespectful.

This place has the worst dentist ever. He does not care about his clients. After getting several text and email reminders about my appointment, then showing up 15 minutes early and filling out paperwork that included a form stating that I would owe $45 DOLLARS if I didn't show up for future appointments without 48 hours notice, I was informed that the doctor had left early on his own accord. He left before my scheduled appointment, that I left work early for, and as a result they refused to clean my teeth. They waited 45 minutes, while I sat in the waiting room, to finally tell me that they weren't going to clean my teeth and ask if I wanted to reschedule. I hired a babysitter and left work early to be there. I work 60 hour weeks. I showed up. They didn't. Where is my $45 dollars, doctor?

The staff is so compassionate and helpful. I have been able to get an appointment when I needed quick attention. Jennie Gregus and Doctor Bo are the best.

Previous to appointment called to make sure my insurance was in network. Gave them all my insurance info. Reminder call so insurance was all good to go. Day of appt. $186 bill for X-rays and cleaning. Dr Shumaker came in and talked to the hygentist about he making the "plan". Tooth such and such extracted tooth such and such need fillings. Did not speak directly to me I will never return. Treated me like I wasn't even there for the 5 minutes he was in the room.

I have never had trouble with my teeth. I went here for many years. I cracked a tooth. I had no pain! They suggested a crown and I have had nothing but pain since. Now they say I need a root canal.
