This is a mixed review as I am still in complete agony and feel slightly taken advantage of. So I filled out an emergency visit form last night for a wisdom tooth extraction on their website and filled out the new patient forms ahead of time as well. I have no complaints about the staff dentists etc as they were all courteous polite and professional... however, this was an emergency visit. I have a wisdom tooth impacting the tooth infront of it. Maybe I should have better displayed my pain having rated it a 9 out of 10 last night on their form. I was given a price with my coverage which is roughly what I was expecting, a little less even. I went back. The dentist took a look took an x-ray, had another dentist come in and inform me I would need surgery... well of course,its the extraction of a wisdom tooth... thentells me she will write me a referral... okaaaay... so im leaving when I stop at the counter and am then asked to pay the amount I was quoted... now I have been enduring this horrific, throbbing, ice cold stabbing in my face this entire time... remember EMERGENCY care form... to go see a dentist to look at it and say oh yeah that looks bad... and be sent offfor a service you knew your office didn't perform the entire time! N then I end up paying as much as my plan would've reduced the entire extraction to, which is what little money I have at the moment, for a visit to confirm exactly what I had said I needed done!? So now I no longer have the cash to go to another dentist that can cover the amount of the extraction with atitanium tooth pick tryi g to pry my impacting wisdom tooth back off away from the other. They want me to come back for a full eval but after today the severity of what im feeling is more likely to have forgetting my bungee while jumping off the golden gate bridge in my future

Dr Noor was patient with me as I get some anxiety when going to the dentist also the assistant Rosie was nice and speaks Spanish for those that need the Spanish language. I wish they had oral surgeon in house so I don't have to go outside of Tru Dental but over all nice people thanks to Everyone at Tru Dental for making my visit easier Wanda

Found tru family dental by looking up Dr. Sutter who I used to see at a previous practice and had great experience with. I was very disappointed in my visit to try family dental. They call numerous times for appointment reminders and wanted to take my social security number over the phone which I was not comfortable with. I was told to arrive early so they could look up insurance information and filled out paperwork in a couple minutes. I waited nearly 30 minutes to sit in the dentist chair. When the dentist came in the room it was not Dr. Sutter and I asked if I would see her they assured me yes. Went for teeth cleaning and had to go back in because you could clearly see calcium deposits still left between my teeth and I did not have that "my teeth feel clean feeling". I do not think I will return due to poor customer service and mislead to believe I would see the dentist I specially went to the practice for but did not.

First time here and it was a great experience. Felt welcomed and very much informed of what I was getting done. Dentist took her time and I didn't feel like they were rushing. Glad I found this place, live beer by and it's a little hidden office in Elmwood Park.

I never had any problems with the dentist or hygienist. However, they keep on calling you multiple times to confirm appointments and completely disregard repeated requests to respect your privacy and stop those unwanted calls. They put their self interest and bad practices ahead of those of their long term patients.

It was the best dental experience I have ever had! All thanks to Dr. Aditi and her team. As soon as I went, Dr. Aditi did a thorough check up and gave the best prognosis without recommending any unnecessary treatment plan. It was the first time that I did not have any pain during my dental treatment. Also, the staff was extremely polite and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic. Haven't been to the dentist In over 2 years! Had a smooth cleaning. Dr. Sutter explained everything thoroughly with a very calm demeanor! The dentist can be scary-- so thanks for that!

I have been coming to Tru Family for over 20 years and they are wonderful! The receptionists are warm and personable and the waiting area is pleasant. The dentists are professional and very informative. The hygienists are empathetic and through. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
