Dr. Ram is extremely skilled and very personable. He is one of the best dentists I know in town. In fact, he is the only dentist I trust. I drive almost 50 mins to get seen by him. His staff are pretty friendly too, especially Krista. I think she is the office manager there. She is amazing!

I cannot say enough about Tru Family Dental! The entire staff is just amazing! I went for the first time today and was impressed by how welcome and knowledgeable, and efficient the staff are. There office is not only clean and welcoming, but each room is highly equipped to meet your dental beeds. If you need a dentist, or if you are not a fan of going to the dentist like I was, then you need to go to Dr. Ram because he and his staff are absolutely amazing!

Dr. Ram runs an unusually pleasant, efficient, and professional dentist's office. I was a patient of the previous dentist in this office, who retired and referred me to Dr. Ram. My recent appointment there exceeded all expectations. The office staff was cheerful and efficient; the hygienist was friendly and vigorous in her work; Dr. Ram seemed unhurried as he carefully explained what he was seeing in my x-rays. He was happy to share more technical details and patiently answer my questions. Although there were two places he identified as potentially needing filling in the future, he advised against any further work at present. I was impressed with the use of leading-edge digital technology for x-rays and photos, as well as a new fluoride treatment that I hadn't had before. I will certainly be back to see Dr. Ram.

Dr. Ram and staff are amazing. Everyone is kind, explain in details your treatment plan and what to expect. During my treatment the doctor and his assistant made me feel at ease, no pain, gentle and the work done made me feel much better about my smile!

Dr. Ram is THE BEST! I was someone that did not like going to the dentist but he changed that for me. Dr. Ram and his team are nothing less than a dream team. Krista was very helpful and she makes you feel at home. If you are someone that doesn't like going to the dentist too, I would highly recommend going to Dr. Ram. He is professional, amicable, genuine and super skilled. I am never going anywhere else!

Dr. Ram and his staff at the Tru Family Dental office on Telegraph Road in Bingham Farms, Michigan, demonstrate all best-practice qualities that a dental office needs. Dr. Ram's calm and pleasant personality immediately puts me at ease. He listens to his patients, and his expertise reassures me my needs will be met painlessly and skillfully. His staff is caring, polite, competent, and conscientious. I used to feel nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Ram has eased any of my fears. As a former teacher I would give Dr. Ram and his office staff an A+.

Dr. Ram is the absolute best dentist I have ever had! :) He is kind, funny, personable, knowledgeable and skilled! His staff is welcoming and friendly! If you have negative thoughts about going to the dentist...........this team will help you change your mind. Love them!!!

I had my routine cleaning with Michelle and she was thorough, kind, and excellent! Dr. Ram was also so kind and wonderful during the exam. I highly recommend this office if you want to feel like family and not just a patient.

Dr Ram and his staff are super nice and professional. Special shout-out to the front desk staff for being so patient and answering all our administrative questions. Dr. Ram is very kind and an excellent dentist, answered all our queries patiently in great detail. Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Ram is professional and kind. He also laughs at my jokes, so that is a plus. Iesha M. is hands down the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. I have always had a disdain for going the dentist. Cleanings and check ups were always uncomfortable and mildly painful for me. Iesha has found a way to be gentle in the cleaning and x-ray process. Wendy is always very kind at the front desk. She always follows up when she says she will. They remind me of upcoming appointments, and they do a great job of resolving billing/insurance issues. I have been going to this office since before Dr. Ram took over, and he has done a good job of keeping the ship on course.

Good quality dentistry. However, I recommend that prices for services, like fluoride treatment, be given upfront before initiating.
