This location is very unprofessional. I received an invoice from them for just under $1300 dollars approximately 1.5 years after the service date. I have paid in full after EVERY appointment. No one answers the phones, no one answers emails and their staff turns over a lot. Other issues: -They presumptively schedule appointments and don't tell you - The staff are not patient advocates and don't hold your best interest in mind. -The staff makes untasteful jokes toward your dental work -The staff curses openly (while my kids were present) -They schedule last minute patients over your appointment. I waited once for 1.2 hours after I received by Novocain for a simple cavity repair. -If they cause pain they sometimes laugh at you. -They do not diligently complete their repairs. -They multitask beyond their capabilities and often elbow you in your face and miss with the suction tube. - No one knows what is going on. They recently lost 5 receptionists in 2022. -If they close for the day, they may not call you. I showed up for an appointment and all of the doors were locked. -No employee can tell me who the owner is. -There is one dentist at this location. In my 1 year as a patient, I have meet 3 different ones. This was written July of 2022. They are not Best Business Bureau certified, which does not shock me given the information above. Even after I found a new dentist, they still reach out...... My advice: STAY AWAY!

Not a great place to be. The staff is not very nice. No one answers the phones. They are not professional here and everyone is new.

My family loves coming here! We all have been terrified of the dentist in past. They are so warm and welcoming each and every visit. I would highly recommend them!!

Tru Family Dental in Beecher provides excellent care in a highly professional and personable manner! Their expertise from checking-in to checking-out is always top-notch!! My "choppers" appreciate the hard work from the entire staff at Tru Family Dental!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Dr. Madwar and his staff are extremely personable and definitely know their stuff. Great choice of background music. Extremely pleased. If you have to go to the dentist, go here!

Almost fell asleep it's so comfortable and relaxing. If you come here for a cleaning be prepared to have every single nook and cranny cleaned to perfection.

Best place around the area! The staff is amazing it feels very family oriented. The ladies up front are very nice and the dental assistants are as well. The doctor does very good work as well as treating you like a friend or family member rather than a patient. They do great work on top of all of that. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else, Thanks again!

Let me start by saying I'd rather do anything than go to the dentist. On that note this is the best dentist I've ever been to. Sociable, polite, and talks to you like a real person. And his staff is second to none!!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too! Everyone on staff is amazing, caring and know how to treat their patients! Dr. Madwar has amazing chair side manner, very patient, honest, and thorough. I would recommend them 1000% . If u haven't made an appointment yet get on it! You will not be let down!!!!!!!

I had not been to the dentist in over 20 years because I had a really bad experience in the past. So to say I was nervous would be an understatement! My first appointment was with Caitlin to have my teeth cleaned. I had never in my life had them cleaned so I was expecting the worst. Caitlin and Dr. Pardesi went over all of the details of what I had going on and we made a plan to get me on the right track. Caitlin made me feel comfortable and pain free throughout my deep cleaning! Her explanation on how to stay healthy made me become obsessed with maintaining good habits at home! Love this place and all of the staff!!!
