We're gone with this office. The wait times are always long, but today my 6 year old sat in the chair of an exam room for 40 minutes before we got up and left. After asking twice about the wait it was the receptionist on the way out who informed us the hygenist wasn't even in the building and that the dentist was trying to do everything for everyone. Failure to communicate with patients or respect their time is a statement about how much you value them, and this office does not value their patients at all. Aside from this the office is very run down. I don't need shiny new equipment, but there is a basic level of cleanliness I expect from medical offices. There should not be smear marks on the chairs, grease and dust layered at the base of the chair wires and peeling paint.

When I arrive there, it was a somewhat decent wait time. However, sitting in the dentist's chair I expect to be looked at fairly quickly. Instead I was sitting there waiting for more than 10 minutes. I have an urgent emergency and I called to ask for help. But then they said the doctor wasn't in!! What kind of doctor doesn't come to work on a weekday?! I said I just need medication for my pain, maybe antibiotics. SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO URGENT CARE?! THEY CHARGED ME 120 DOLLARS! They said I have to wait for an emergency appointment until 2 weeks later. BUT ITS CALLED AN EMERGENCY FOR A REASON!!

The unprofessionalism is unbelievable... My appointment was at 10am, I got here at 930am and still waited for 2hours to see the doctor.

I've been going here since I was a teen. There was one Doctor (male & was of an Asian ethnic background & referred to as Dr.Kim) who had coerced me to get a procedure done when I was ~16 yrs old (back in 2016/17). I originally went in to get cavity work, but that same day told me I needed to get a said procedure done or else my teeth were going to fall out. That same day he conducted an invasive procedure without appropriate informed consent (emphasis on the informed consent). I had no idea what was going in & my parent had no idea what was going on as they are a native Spanish speaker / needed a translator to clearly articulate the procedure, and all they did was tell my parent to sign. Now in 2022, the location is no longer "All Access Dental", and now named "Tru Dental" & the dentist who has worked there for years is not working there anymore. Now the new Dentist / dental hygienist working at this office are shocked at why I even got the procedure done in the first place, and gave me bad news about my teeth as a result from the procedure undergone by the previous dentist at this same location. The sad part was that Dr.Kim wanted to do the same procedure on me for my top teeth. Overall, I recommend EVERYONE to always keep a written statement from the dental office of treatments/ procedures of what is "needed to be done" along with the Dentist's reasoning. If the reasoning on the dentist office paper has inconsistencies with what the dentist verbally told you, then that would be an indicator to you to talk to the dentist about the inconsistencies, do research on the treatment/ procedure, & possibly look for a new dentist. Now as an adult in graduate school (science major) ,I am well versed in my abilities of critical thinking. Please always get a written statement for everything.

Awesome experience! After avoiding dentist for years due to bad experience I actually felt comfortable! The ladies there were very sweet kind and understanding. Staff overall nice l. Thank you

Amazing dentist office. As a person who has fought with dental offices since the age of 8 years old, I'm now 25 and officially in love this dentist office. Thank you Anthony for taking care of me. Truly angels with their work. Thank you to the amazing staff.

I have a mother with Parkinson's disease and its been hard to find an office who's knowledgeable on how to delicately treat patients with illnesses and the entire staff and Dr. Anthony were all extremely professional and careful with her. In the 30+ years since she's come to this country this has been her first positive dental experience. Wil definitely continue to come here.

The experience I had was great. They were so nice and patient. They were very understanding of my situation. Also their chairs are very comfortable. Their office was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! I recommend goin there to everyone especially if u have history wit going to the dentist!

With monkey pox on the rinse and COVID-19. They don't wash hands with soap, no garbage bin in the room, and the equipment looks dirty. However the customers service not bad. I work in the Emergency room and I'm not going into mouths and washing my hands or sanitizing my hands.

Ok so I have been to a few butchers before..I mean dentists lol but Dr Washington at Tru-dental is so freaking amazing. It's not my first review and it will not be my last. I will scream it from the roof tops because of how awesome of a dentist and pretty cool person he is. Dr Washington is truly the best and I will follow him anywhere!

Always an issue. Always a cancellation.They have ur room door open other patients sitting by door while ur back is to doorway ur laying down in tiny room and other patients listening in your business looking in your mouth seeing work get done. They harass ur phone to confirm appointments. Old dentist that left stabbed my lip w needle because of tremors.Now there's a new one that's nice but never can explain in detail what's going on or stay on track always off to the next thing they say one thing and plan another with your insurance. 2 visits already and a malfunction with both those days mouth work .every appointment is 2 weeks to a month away even if you are in pain.These people only have one dentist and have the whole poughkeepsie NY on appointments. I need a new dentist .
