I have been coming here for years with my children but my visit today stood out . The front desk staff where great, I called to tell them I was running late they where so polite about it. The gentleman Malek at front desk came out and wiped all the door handles and counter down while we waited. I haven't seen that done at alot of places recently. On a busy day he also came out to tell us parents our child would be next so they stayed calm. I have always liked the hygienist hema the most and other staff are good with children but today all staff and the environment stood out after a long work day.

The rooms are dirty and cramped. We waited over an hour for something (sealants) that take 5 minutes to apply.
